This first time out I will give a 4 out of 5. I am sure when I take vehicle back in the next time and just have the guys make sure they focus on the couple of little areas they missed like the visible portion of the wheel wells, rear exhaust covers and the interior glass it will be a 5 out of 5. The operation itself is VERY efficient and the owner of the locations (he actually promptly responds to existing or prospecctive customers via phone or text) as well as the employees I have encountered at 100 and 300 Spectrum as well as the Spectrum Center Garage are all very nice and welcoming. The value for the service is also extremely good and the Hand Wash and Deluxe Wash are very well priced especially for Orange County. If you have a new or late model or well cared for older car that you prefer to not get scrached and or messed up at automatic washes I would not hesitate to recomend this business read more

Stay away! Seriously if you want your car all messed up upon pick up then by all means get your car washed here. If not stay away! If I can give this place a negative I can. Came by on a Sunday and saw that they were open so decided to get my car washed because it was dirty from the rain. Was greeted in a very rude manner. We came around 4:30 or 5 pm and they closed at 7. If the owner or manager said that they are not accepting any cars I would have been totally fine. But he insisted that I get my car washed so I did. 7 o'clock was coming around and did not get a call telling me that my car is ready so we gathered the entire family to go back to the car to leave. Once I arrived my car was parked off to the side already done. Once I got up to it the car looked like it was just wiped down with a damp towel. There so called $30 "waterless" car washed left my car dirty still with scratches all over. Please see the photo attached as you can see how much damaged they have done to my car. Front bumper doesn't even look like it was even touched. Tried calling there main number but it was just the car wash place phone number. When I asked the owner or manager there bout many front bumper he said that was the best he can do. And asked me if I have ever heard of "waterless" car wash. I told him that the front bumper is still dirty and if I was going to pay for this I could've done this at home. He then asked me why I didn't do it at home then and started to give me attitude. Seriously I want to talk to an owner to get my car damage fixed by them immediately or I'm going thru my insurance company to get a way to fix the damage they have caused. read more

Call to make a reservation! I tried using the online reservation system and it didn't work. I chose the Irvine Spectrum Edwards location and it does not open until 10:30 even though the website says 9. On the phone I asked for the interior detail at their earliest time. They told me it would take around 2 hours. When we got there however, they told us it would actually take 4-5 hours if we wanted it to be a really good job. We were going to watch a movie anyways and didn't need to be anywhere till 2 so it actually worked out. 5 stars for how clean they got my car for the price they charge. The guys working on it are great and really detailed. I've had my car for 8 years and have never gotten an interior detail before....they do magic! It was so shiny inside and out. The cleaning smell still isn't gone but everything looks so new! read more

I normally go to the UD at the Edward's Garage, but for some reason they weren't open today. I then found this UD, but strangely I'd never noticed it before. Then I realized it was at the ground floor of one of the office buildings across the road from the Irvine Spectrum mall.....and what do you know!....it's closer to the Coffee Bean where I'd usually hang out whilst waiting for my car, but closer. The only difference is that you need to take a parking ticket at the garage entrance gate.....then get a validation ticket from the car wash guys and just insert it into the machine when you exit. I pulled in to the garage, but since this was my first time here, I drove around a bit before I finally found the car wash bays near the far back of the garage. There are several spaces designated for UD customers, and to my surprise, there were no cars being washed or detailed.....just my luck as I usually have to get in a long line or wait 2-3 hrs at the Edward's Garage for my car to get done. I was greeted by the guy there and he took care of me right away.....made me sign in, discussed the service I required ...and informed him about my newly tinted windows and how not to use ammonia based window cleaners, took my keys, and off I went to the mall to walk around for an hour. When I came back a few minutes early, I saw my car in superbly shiny, clean, and like new condition!......the rain yesterday had made such a mess on my white car. We then discussed polishing, but was advised that because I had a clear bra that a polish would not be advisable as it would scratch up and damage the film, and that he had a waxing equipment instead that would work. Will try this out next time. Glad I found this back up car wash place, especially at times of emergency cleanings needed. read more

I got a wash as well as a wax and my car looks brand new. This is my second time using this company and will only get my car washed here from now on. I just drop it off in the morning before work and pick it up after. Every package they offer is worth every penny. read more

I got the $190 package for internal and exterior detailing. The guys did a decent job on my car, there we still some minor spots here and there. I would have given 4(possibly 5 star) ... but the fact that they do their work in a garage makes it a little difficult to inspect the work plus while detailing the inside of my car they took my sunshade out and didn't put it back so now I have to buy a new sunshade. Dropping this another star, I realized they also forgot to put my screw driver set back in my car. read more

I asked for the most basic wash, they told me to come back at 7 (right before closing) to get my car. In the dark my car looked decent and clean as expected, so I paid the gentleman and left. 5 minutes later I'm home looking at my car in day light and I noticed they took the paint off my car!!! What a wonderful experience! I needed my car washed quick and they delivered. I called ahead of time and told them I needed my car within two hours. They had me bring in my vehicle and had it done exactly 2 hours later. The car was immaculate, smelled good, and no new scratches or dents were observed. I definitely found my new car wash. I only get my car washed here at the 100 spectrum center location in the parking garage. It's conveniently located in the same parking structure that I normally park in for work everyday, and they always do a great job at cleaning the inside and outside of my car. Cain is very helpful and he always makes sure that my car is ready by the time I specify, so I never have to wait. read more

They did a great job, it wasn't absolutely perfect (my windows could have used a couple extra minutes to make sure there weren't any smears) but in the limited light they have, I couldn't have been happer. The prices are very fair for the work you get done. The men there worked relentlessly and when we picked up the car you can just tell, these men do not take a break. We brought 2 cars for Exterior detail BMW M235i Ford F-150 Platinum The finished product was great and they leave you with a really cool carpet pattern after cleaning that looks like sun rays.
