Once we got in there and started looking around we asked how much a certain set of furniture would be with the %'s off the sales person said the price was the ticket price! My wife and I looked at each other and said this is the regular price! What about the sale? The sales person again said the prices marked were with the sale already taken off! That was a flat out lie and what we all call the old BAIT AND SWITCH. We had looked at the same furniture months before and we took pics of the prices. The prices were EXACTLY THE SAME as they were before the sale. They took nothing off! We asked them about it over and over they still insisted the price has been deducted. I have pictures of the prices 3 months before the sale and the day of the sell. Nothing changed. We will never buy another thing from these crooked company. They also charged a delivery fee of over 150.00 for 3,000.00 in furniture. If it wld have been just me we would have left. But my wife really wanted the items. No more though. I would advise you go somewhere else where honesty and integrity is first and foremost. And if someone is spending that kind of money they should not be charged a delivery fee at all. It should be free with such large purchases. Honestly go to Ashley Furniture or anywhere else but here. We asked to speak with the manager and they said the general manager would give us a call. He called us 1 time and he left a vm only and when we tried to call him back many many times he was "never available!" Ridiculous. We never spoke to him or anyone else and he never flowed up or called us again. So at the end of December we gave up and reported this flim flam scam to the BBB and to the US Attorney Generals Office and they are investigating as we speak. I don't want anyone taken advantage of like we were. This was a huge waste of time our time and money. In fact This place is a total waste. Also if u only want 2 pieces of a 4 piece set. It will cost u MORE to buy pieces instead of buying the full set. Thats WRONG ALSO!! The furniture is nice BUT wasn't worth the hassle, the lies or the amount we were charged! Their furniture is not real wood either. Oh and watch out they will try and sell u a warranty that has limited coverage and costs a fortune. Big NO for me.

Did not get that. Called them and now it's that base doesn't do that. and I said that is the base we asked for. The manager said it was $400.00 more and I said no that is what we told Aaron and that is what we thought we paid for. my daughter was quoted a bedroom suit and when it came he forgot to quote her a mattress she had asked for. it has been such a mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they ought to pay you for what they put you through.

Absolutely unprofessional and threatening behavior.
