Our home is 29 years old, and the windows had been showing wear and tear for a long time. We finally got a quote from a company that constantly sends flyers to our mailbox, but even with a "huge" discount for just a few windows, the price was close to the cost of a swimming pool. That pushed me to search online, and I found SoCal Window Pros, a highly rated local company. Jack, the owner, came out with sample windows and gave us an estimate. He was straightforward, no‑nonsense, and genuinely kind. The windows were impressive -- solid engineering, well‑made, great warranty, and locally manufactured. We also met his son Alex who is much involved in this family-owned business, and he was equally professional and personable. We ultimately decided to replace all of our windows as well as our sliding door, and we're very happy with the results. Our house looks refreshed and updated, and the old rubber seals that kept popping out are finally gone. The windows look beautiful and have made a noticeable difference in the overall appearance of our home. I literally let out a sigh of relief every time I see the windows. Gratefulness and gladness! There were a couple of windows that took a little longer than expected to arrive, and two were delivered in a different color than originally specified. In the end, I decided to go ahead with the installation, and fortunately, the color worked out beautifully in our home. Jack and Alex checked on the installation throughout the process, and their crew was helpful and efficient. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, communication was good, and we felt that Jack and Alex were attentive and committed to making sure the project went well. Overall, we're very happy with our experience and with our new windows. We would definitely recommend SoCal Window Pros to anyone considering replacing their windows. My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. They also guarantee their installation for life. What we've learned- often the hard way- is that everything depends upon the installation, attention to detail, or the prep. Steve came to our home, provided a quote (we ordered during the Milgard fall sale which resulted in nice gift cards), and sent the installers on the arranged day. I had to pay them to get them removed The pictures show the back part of the house. The facia board they installed are completely ruined. I called Top of the Trades to inform them, sent them the pictures, and asked why it's ruined in just two years and that I was afraid the gutters will fall. They were willing to redo it with a "better" facia board they said, for a higher price than I originally had paid for entire house. When I asked how much they would charge me to redo the same job with the same "cheaper" facia board, they completely started avoiding me and I haven't heard from them.
