My friend is more of a regular and asked for it. It was Delish, crisp, and slightly spicy but not overwhelming. We both had a soup that was a combo of the Somlar Machu and Num Banh Chok with Shrimp. It had a great curry flavor with a bit of the sour hints you would find in a tom yum. It was just spicy enough to make you know it had heat but not too much to blow out your taste buds. I had to run out for a meeting and left behind too much broth. Should have gotten it to go as I would rather drink that than bone broth any day.
