Takoyaki is so good at this place. I came back just to get takoyaki. I also really like the chicken karaage which was packed with flavor and had a delicious dipping sauce. We walked in expecting it to be a self-serve order at the counter type restaurant only to be pleasantly surprised that it is table service. Parking is super simple. Staff was friendly and fast. Have ordered from here a couple times. The service is very good and the ambiance of the restaurant is nice. Every time I have ordered food from here I have got one of their curry rice plates, trying both their beef and chicken versions. Both were very good, with this rich (yet not too rich) flavoring. All of the ingredients within are always so fresh. I personally enjoyed the beef version more because of the texture of the meat. I've been waiting for Hokkaido Ramen House to open for awhile now. I'm happy I was finally able to go. Although it was Labor Day, they were open, the restaurant was packed but we only had to wait 10 minutes or so. The staff is very friendly. I got the garlic tonkatsu ramen and the Hokkaido classic bowl. The classic bowl was so good! It was very fresh, the tuna and salmon over a bed of rice along with sesame salad, one, and edamame was so good! My garlic tonkatsu ramen was delicious! The broth was very flavorful. The piece of pork was yummy along with the soft boiled egg. Everyone in my party loved their ramen. We will definitely be back! This is our new favorite ramen spot. read more

It's nice to see another Asian restaurant pop up in Victor. I got the Tonkatsu ramen which was decent. Good portion of pork belly, noodles and broth. Also nicely garnished with green onions and a medium boiled egg. Flavor-wise it was good. Maybe I'm not accustomed to ramen as much these days, but definitely a salt bomb. Decided to try this out one night with the family. We ordered 2 Garlic tonkatsu pork ramen, 1 order of California and eel sushi, 3 orders of spring rolls, gyoza, edamame and much more. I will start with we ordered via Uber eats, and i have some food missing. I called and contacted the place and spoke to someone he said he will take care of it but will see what happens. The ramen was delicious, the spring rolls are decent the gyoza was good too! However the sushi was not that good. The avocado was mushy and the rice fell apart. The bubble tea was decent too, i wish some of my food wasn't missing. I want to try them again at their location next time and would like to give their business another shot. Oh boy, after a long day of driving this was such a nice treat. I had a calif. roll and chicken karaage, my husband had Hokkaido classic bowl. The Calif roll was small but good and had nice slices of avocado. The karaage was so tasty, hot and a good quantity. My husband really enjoyed the bowl, he said it was refreshing and very yummy. We wanted ramen on a chilly Saturday afternoon. We heard of this place and wanted to try it. We had our 13 month old with us. We were seated right away and given a high chair. The server was so patient and friendly with us. Our little guy likes to know his toys on the ground. The server would pick it up for him before we could get up. The food was delicious! For some reason my car's GPS took me to the Walmart near here instead of the restaurant. I was frantically looking around the Walmart trying to find Hokkaido Ramen House, just to find out I was in the wrong building. With the help of google maps, I was able to find the right place and had some stellar ramen. Full disclosure, I did use the fork to eat some of the ramen, because at home I'm always used to using a fork. Anyway, I would recommend this place both to a friend or a stranger. Stopped here for an early dinner and was pretty impressed by this place. It is out of the way for us but we heard raving reviews so decided to try it out. Service was very fast/efficient (our food came out within a few minutes). We tried the garlic tonkatsu and the tonkatsu shoyu. I preferred the garlic tonkatsu and it tasted authentic and great - creamy and the noodles were very chewy. The only thing I could wish for is probably some corn or black mushroom to add some more ingredients to the dish but it was delicious and comparable to big cities! Prices are a little higher than a regular bowl of noodle soup (but that is how we're moving in general) but is worth it. They also sell sushi (which we did not try). This restaurant and conviniently placed in a huge plaza. Meaning you can grocery shop, update your weardrobe, then refuel with a delishious meal. Speaking about meals, OMG!! This place is on point. Staff is extemely joyful, friendly and knowlagable of thier options. Experts on setting you up with just the right menu item whether you are new to this type of cuisine or not. Sushi is increadibly fresh, ramen broth is full of flavor, and fried chicken bites are cooked to perfection.
