There is a 90 minute time limit , not sure how strict they are on that since we were done in about an hour. My tip here is order several things at once and multiples of things you really like. Each night, she helped me choose the best meal for evening whether it involved sushi, sashimi, maki, green tea, sake, and even dessert. Dani is not only an exceptional ambassador to Maru but to the City of Rochester as well. I do hope Maru expands their sushi menu a little to showcase more variety.
