Yet when they keep you waiting for 30 min for no reason, they expect that you will just happily wait. We all have jobs and appts to keep. Drs need to learn that they are not the most important people on the planet and that others too have lives.

I told him what my presenting problems were and was directed to lye on the blocks. The treatment took 10 minutes! I asked Dr. Peterson what he did and briefly uttered a few sentences. Then he tells me to return the following week. Why? Dr. Peterson did not tell me the reason for the return visit. I requested a copy of my visit note (8/12/25). The receptionist told me that she would respond to my email with the note. No response for almost 2 weeks. I finally called Ms. Morales about the visit note and she informs me that Dr. Peterson was aware of the request. I informed her that it is required of all licensed healthcare providers arerequired to do a note. I could be wrong, but my intuition is telling me he did not do a note. If that is the case, that is poor care quality from my standpoint. If you want a top notch Chiropractic care, please consider another Chiropractor.

I decided to look for a local dr that wasn't far from me, and since I never had one since moving to Raleigh, you're kind of just drawing one out of a hat. She tried to tell me it was due to skin irritation from shaving. I explained to her that I've been shaving all my life, and have never had swelling as a result, just some redness, And I knew that wasnt right. Then she really had the nerve to tell me thats just the way my facial structure was (i'm lauging at how much of a joke that answer is). Said she saw swelling, then said she didnt see swelling, and at that point I knew it was going to be a wasted visit. Even her physician in training noticed the swelling. As I knew there's no way that could be right, I went to a specialist on my own accord because she never referred me to one - low and behold...it was a swollen saliva gland, way different than what she said. If you weren't sure what it was, the least that could have been done was to refer me to a specialist, and she didnt even do that. Ridiculous I had to pay for a joke of a visit, and to add insult to injury they spelled my first and last name wayyy off. I'll add a star because they we're somewhat nice, but that concludes this review.

**This review is of the overall practice and the PA, I've never seen the doctors here**…read more Overall this was a positive experience, I felt good about the care I received. But at first I was put off and a bit nervous about having chosen this medical office. The decor of the office is outdated and just made me feel like I was about to receive outdated healthcare. The registration forms almost made me runaway. I work in implementation of electronic health records for a living, so the fact that they are fully on paper record made me cringe. One of the forms to sign states that there is $25 fee if you would like a copy of your medical records. In an era where online patient information portals exist for access to medical records, I found this to be very inconvenient and a little wrong. This is the point where I almost ran, but didn't because I had a cold and not a lot if time to find another doctor and schedule another appointment. The wait time was not too bad, probably among the best I've experienced. Once I was in the exam room, I was happy that I didn't leave. The nurse was very pleasant and took my vitals quickly. My provider, their PA Kim, was great. I really appreciated that she took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and addressed them all. A lot of providers don't take the time to that. She also presented me with options, gave me information and let me decide. I really value shared and informed medical decision making. The woes of paper records got back to me when they referred me to labs and x-rays and I had to provide them with all my information again in each of the facilities, plus they spelled my name wrong on the referral. At the end of the day, what really matters is patient care and I felt good about the care, so that is what weighed most in my rating. Pros: -Easy to schedule an appointment for the same week -Short wait time -Caring and friendly health care Cons: -Paper medical records and all their negative implications in this day and age
