Tried out the Truck today and was disappointed. Came to a brewery and they were 1 of 2 trucks serving food. I ordered the Brussel sprouts and 3 tacos which would typically come with a choice of pulled pork, brisket, and mushrooms. I am giving them a chance because it seems like they were just not prepared and maybe asked to be here last minute. They did not have the mushroom tacos available. I also bought the street corn as well. When I got my tacos, I was really excited to eat them. However, the brisket was so salty that I was not able to take more than one bite out of the two tacos that were brisket. I did manage to eat the pulled pork, however Definitely not enough meat on that taco. The brussels sprouts were fried with a perfect char and we're soaking in a balsamic syrup. These were probably the best thing on the truck that was available. They also sold fried Oreos however they were not prepared to make them and so they were not available. The street corn tasted really sour, and I'm thinking it's because they might have used a concentrated lemon instead of a fresh lemon. I was not able to eat them. Overall, I spent about 60 bucks on this truck and wasn't able to eat more than half of it. Because it's a food truck I'm not able to really describe much of the ambience however it was parked outside of the brewery where they were parked at, but that doesn't work against them. Unfortunetly didnt get much of a bbq fix from Al's "BBQ". Got pulled pork sandwhich and cowboy fries with brisket in top. Now i've had my fair share of texas bbq and try to be reasonable when seeing bbq anywhere else. But man this was more crockpot meat with bbq sauce slapped on it. No smokiness to anything, no bbq flavor. Doesnt even smell like theres a grill going walking up. The cheese on the cowboy fries wasnt even melted and the fries weren't warm up to melt them. So normally I like to post food pictures with my reviews but this place was sooooo good and I was so hungry that I gobbled up my brisket tacos and totally forgot about my Yelp review!
