Staff was very friendly, but this isn't something I'd order for myself. Food is very pricey for its quantity, and it is very sweet/salty. The three little piggies are packed with sugar and I had to eat food from another store to balance out the flavors. The target audience for this food truck is probably those that enjoy small portions of very sweet and salty food. Tried out the Truck today and was disappointed. Came to a brewery and they were 1 of 2 trucks serving food. I ordered the Brussel sprouts and 3 tacos which would typically come with a choice of pulled pork, brisket, and mushrooms. I am giving them a chance because it seems like they were just not prepared and maybe asked to be here last minute. They did not have the mushroom tacos available. I also bought the street corn as well. When I got my tacos, I was really excited to eat them. However, the brisket was so salty that I was not able to take more than one bite out of the two tacos that were brisket. I did manage to eat the pulled pork, however Definitely not enough meat on that taco. The brussels sprouts were fried with a perfect char and we're soaking in a balsamic syrup. These were probably the best thing on the truck that was available. They also sold fried Oreos however they were not prepared to make them and so they were not available. The street corn tasted really sour, and I'm thinking it's because they might have used a concentrated lemon instead of a fresh lemon. I was not able to eat them. Overall, I spent about 60 bucks on this truck and wasn't able to eat more than half of it. Because it's a food truck I'm not able to really describe much of the ambience however it was parked outside of the brewery where they were parked at, but that doesn't work against them. Unfortunetly didnt get much of a bbq fix from Al's "BBQ". Got pulled pork sandwhich and cowboy fries with brisket in top. Now i've had my fair share of texas bbq and try to be reasonable when seeing bbq anywhere else. But man this was more crockpot meat with bbq sauce slapped on it. No smokiness to anything, no bbq flavor. Doesnt even smell like theres a grill going walking up. The cheese on the cowboy fries wasnt even melted and the fries weren't warm up to melt them. But I split it with my friend and she loved the cheese sauce! It was $18 then an additional $5 for the meat which I find to be over priced for some loaded fries. I've had larger portions for cheaper. So normally I like to post food pictures with my reviews but this place was sooooo good and I was so hungry that I gobbled up my brisket tacos and totally forgot about my Yelp review! I'll have to repost pix when I eat from this truck again! The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. The chipotle sauce and some other sauce was amazing and mixed so well with the flour tortillas and queso fresco. I could have easily eaten 5 of these tacos but thank God the order comes with just 3 and they are a good size. The hubster ordered the spiced wedges and big bad wolf sandwich which is the brisket sandwich. He really liked it and it looked so good I'll have to order it for myself next time. Great portion of fries that the hubster didn't even complain about me stealing some It took a little while to get our order but it was busy and so totally worth the wait!
