Eh. We were in town with a group and chose this place because of the 5-star rating and because Yelp said they were opened until midnight. We arrived and noticed on their door were the restaurant hours and they close at 10:00 pm. We were greeted and were told that "Dine In" was closed and after he inquired with the chef, they would allow us to order something To Go. A person in our party ordered a hamburger from the menu and was told the grill had been cleaned already and they can only offer pizza. The kitchen smelled great (garlic smell). The restroom was pretty nasty. We got our pizza and left. We had a Spicy Buffalo Chicken Pizza, a Vegetable Pizza and an order of cheese bread. Everything tasted "fine". I don't think I would recommend this place and am looking forward to trying other places for lunch today. read more

If you're in town swing by to Uncle Bill and have yourself a mushroom mozzarella burger with a side of beer battered onion rings. LOVE every bite. Ingredients are made fresh each day. Real meat guys. You gotta love it. The buns are so soft and fluffy. I usually drench my burgers and sides with ketchup. Didn't try it this time.... burger is so juicy and flavorful. Dont really need ketchup. The onion rings batter is so good that I dont need to dip it into a sauce. The place is small. It's like a mom and pop place. It's a good place to hang out with friends and family. Its next to shell so eat and gas up and be on your merry way. Want to see what the pizza taste like... maybe next time... or I might just get the burgers again. read more

We moved to Bellville yesterday night and we were starving with no food in the house. I did a quick search and found this place. The lady on the phone was super nice and she even offered to give us plastic wear (cups, plates, etc.) because everything was boxed up. 20 minutes later the food arrives which is fast in my opinion for delivery. Lived in Bellville my entire life. When Uncle Bills moved in and put in a pizza buffet we didn't think it would last. Too small of a town for 3 pizza places. Well long story short there are only two left and Uncle Bills is still going strong. They have expanded their menu and offer pizza, pasta, hamburgers (which are really good), buffalo wings and much more. This place is well worth driving to Bellville to get a great pizza. read more

I have to say that my friend and I are totally addicted to the shrimp alfredo.. he tried the chicken alfredo a couple days ago and again did not dissapoint.. I'll start thinking about it during the day and just can't help myself and then it's game on and driving there for dinner... truly the best Alfredo I've ever had and the garlic rolls top it off are an added bonus.. Easily the best pizza within a 40 mile radius. It's expensive, though. My total came out to 17.50 for a two topping 14". No specials or anything like that. But if you have the extra 6 bucks, it's two or three times better than Pizza hut. Definitely worth it if your food budget allows it read more

I went today and one time in February and had some pizza one time in the summer. Great pizza, great service, very fast. He did 9 pizzas in 50 minutes!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! He is a lot faster than Pizza Hut. One time we tried to order pizza and they said there was a 2-2.5 hour wait and uncle bill does his pizza within 45 minutes to an hour. Even one time we ordered 20 pizzas for the group, he did it in 1 hr and 15 minutes which is really incredible for 20 pizzas. I cannot imagine any other pizza place that can be just as fast as Uncle Bill. Even one time uncle Bill was by himself, he still got the pizzas done in 45 minutes. We had a wonderful chat with uncle bill and is always very flexible to talk about his life now and before. If you go to uncle bills pizza, if you see him, if he does a good job, and if you come with a large group of people, give uncle bill a hand and let's all clap and applaud for his excellent service. He is pretty cheap on the pizza, we only had to pay about $130 for 9 pizzas.
