I understand resale shops need margin, but the gap between market value and what they offered was excessive -- especially on sought-after pairs. Today was particularly frustrating. I DM'd them in advance about some pairs I was looking to move. I had already received an offer from another shop and asked if they could beat it. The conversation made it seem like they would at least match or improve the number. However, when I arrived in person with the pairs, there was confusion and they ultimately would not match or beat the other offer. I've seen their videos and while they're entertaining, the low offers shown on camera feel very different when you're the one on the receiving end. I've sold the same pairs -- even at "lowball" prices on GOAT and to other shops -- and still made nearly double what was offered here. Their business model may work for them, and that's fine. But seller beware -- it may not be worth your time unless you're comfortable accepting significantly below-market offers.

Trove is a wonderful resale and consignment store. They have a huge selection of gently used items…read more You can get designer or name brand clothing, all sorts of accessories, purses, shoes, things for your home and they even have a baby section. Their prices are quite reasonable. Many items are up to 80% off what you would pay for great clothes and bags. They also have some nice art now and again it is all fairly priced. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. If you are looking for a nice bag, they have it or some nice clothes. I have bought a few things there and I have never been disappointed.
