Terrible service. Waited for 22 minutes after I ordered only to find out the order could not be found. Had to get a refund so I could make my flight. No explanation, no sorry about that. Super experience

Entree salad compared to a water bottle.

Don't get an entree salad. Total rip-off even by airport standards. I got a Greek salad that was smaller than most side salads. Nothing like the picture. I only gave them a 2 because when I complained the manager gave me a 2nd one. They made it right, but giving others a heads up.

Pretty good pizza although long wait times. Prices weren't horrible for airport food. I got the margherita pizza and although there's dried basil, it was fine. They have a nice barstool waiting area so you can watch the pizzas being made. It was a tease but pretty cool.

This could possibly be the worst experience I have ever had. My pizza from ordering at the kiosk to receiving it was exactly 1 hour. If they were super busy and the kitchen was backed up, that wouldn't be that bad but new people came in 5, 10, 20, 40 minutes after me and received their pizzas. Two people had to get refunds because they had to catch a flight. One lady had to have her pizza remade three times and got all three before I got my one. I asked the kitchen mulitiple times and they just kept saying it's in the oven. Finally after 50 minutes the cook asked if she can see my receipt and turns out. My pizza wasn't in the oven, they never made it! Ten minutes later, I had my pizza. They get a 1 because first they completely block out and ignore their customers. Then when you get their attention, they lie to their customers, not having an idea of what is actually going on or what is in the oven. Then when they realize they screwed up they make your pizza, right in front of you, they continue lying to me that my pizza is in the oven it's just moving really slow, which again is a lie. They could have just been honest owned their shit and I would have respected it instead they lie with no explanation for why it's taking for ever but "the oven is slow"?!?! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There is a reason all of their locations are closed except the airport.

Traveling through the Atlanta airport my connection was in the T terminal. I was thinking ' oh good that's the good food terminal , sushi and other good stuff. After I got there ... oh Hell no, this ain't the good food terminal. Walked up and down the whole terminal .... Dunkin' , Subway, TGI Fridays ( yuk).... I ended up finding what is probably the best option in T terminal... Maddio's Pizza. Pizza was actually pretty good , I was very relieved. I have a disdain for bad food... thus , I rely on Yelp to steer me. Ok so pizza was good... personal pizza for about $14. Ambiance ... no. Service ... what you'd expect from a food court type operation which this is. Pizza was made fresh though and I got it in about 15 min. ( see pics) I really don't see any other choice worth while if you're in the T terminal. I would eat here again if I had to... but I'd prob try to find food at another terminal if I had time

The pizza was the bomb i was able to walk up to the kiosk and order my food with a easy , they had many different options for you to choose from such as salads , pizza, and papas i think that's what it's called which is what I had it was not a regular pizza but it was very good i had bbq sauce on it with sausage, chicken and ham omg i think it was the sauce that made it much better who would of thought bbq was better on pizza lol but any who it was full of meats and the wait time was a little min so be ready to wait and listen for your name to be called for your food. Even though i didn't order a salad i probably recommend you do some reason everyone ordered one but me next time.

I am a huge pizza lover and they didnt disappoint. A great less than $10 meal. I love the cheesiness and it was cooked to order. This place is located inside the Hartfield Airport in ATL. It is a cool spot to stop and charge your phone or send some emails on your laptop while waiting for your food. It is clean here for an airport and they have charging stations everywhere. There are high tops and sit down seated areas

If Maddio is your Uncle, please slap him for me at your next reunion. Pizza came out slow as hell. I'm at the airport trying to make a flight and they act like it's an enormous inconvenience when I inquire about my pizza after a half hour. The two gals making the pizzas would rather be anywhere else. $14 salad was microscopic. I honestly thought they gave us the wrong thing because of how unbelievably small it was. The pizza is wrapped in a then paper that the grease immediately permeates. Do yourself a favor and run.

Pretty sure this is the only less than 5 star review I'm giving for this trip to Atlanta. And it's a pizza place in the airport so Atlanta is doing well!! The minus one star is mostly because it takes so d*mn long. After ordering at the kiosk, it takes about 30 min to get your food (unless it's a premade salad in the fridge). Also they call the numbers randomly so you can't tell if it's almost your turn to get the food. But I really appreciated that they had huge ovens and pretty much every pizza was made to order. I'd highly recommend that they remove their custom orders and do some sort of premaking to shorten wait times. Especially as an airport establishment, you really can't expect people to wait 30 min for their food. The pizza itself was pretty good. Crust was soft and flavorful. Toppings were in abundance to the point where i was making a big mess. Solid.

I got to create my own pizza. Mozzarella, bacon, red onions, spinach with tomato basil sauce. It comes in a white paper slip in bag which is kind of cool. By the time I walked and got me a water and came back and found a chair my pizza was done in about 10 minutes. Very fast very hot yummy yummy Pizza! Best airport pizza I have ever had! Actually even outside the airport.

Uncle Maddio's is one of the better fast-casual dining options at Terminal T in the Atlanta airport. Orders are placed at one of three kiosks at the counter, with lots of customizations available for pizza pies (even dairy-free cheeses available for vegans and the lactose-intolerant). All make-your-own pies include three toppings (choice of cheese being one of them), with a few that require a nominal added cost. Even with the oven cranking out pizzas at a decent pace, there was a small wait of about ten to fifteen minutes at peak dinnertime. Since I never expect much from airport fare, I was surprised at how tasty it was. The crust is coated with cornmeal, which helps to create lots of texture on an already crispy crust. The cheese was a little oilier and drippier than I would've liked, but it all came together for a very decent meal. We also liked our Greek salad well enough, though the volume per cost value was as low as expected (for over ten dollars, the salad we received was laughably petite). Figuring out where and how to pick up our salad was also a bit of a head-scratcher at first. We were told by the kiosk to "pick it up at the counter," which was unmanned since all the workers were at the far end, busily preparing hot pies. Eventually, we had to stop one of them so that she could walk over to the fridge and pluck one of the prepackaged containers out of the fridge for us. Uncle Maddio's shares the same dining space as Grindhouse, with plenty of bar and table-seating. For added convenience, there's a restroom tucked away in the back of the dining space.

At ATL Airport and not a lot of food options in terminal T. They have "card only" order options. So if you have cash, you can't eat here. Can't help but think of hungry travelers who don't have a card to use, like my parents. And I bet after COVID is over the machines stay. I can tell by their over worked staff, long lines and confusion that efficiency and customer service are not top priority for this mediocre pizza joint. read more

Sucks!!!! The service here was appalling. The lady making the pizza was so rude when I ask for a side of marinara. She told me to go ask another employee. That next employee literally acted like she couldn't hear me. The crappy employees leave a bad taste in the food and experience! read more

Actually all I can rate is the menu board and the customer service. I ended up not ordering from Mario's because they did not offer the special that they advertised. When I asked her waitress said that the menu board was wrong the kiosk was right and if I didn't see it on the kiosk then I couldn't order it. Very disappointed. I think they should update the information have a consistent have an accurate this would make a better customer experience. Also please inform your personnel that customers are a gift and that they should be treated with friendly and receptive attitudes as opposed to walk past three times ignored and then treat it with this staying when they're asking for Items that are advertised but not offered read more

I went there last Sunday before a flight. The service was fine. I ordered off a Kiosk and it took about 15 minutes to get the pie. The Pizza was not good at all for me. I am not a picky eater, but this pizza was bland. The pepperoni had no "pep"... no zest, no spice, no taste. The hamburger has no taste. The cheese was below average. It filled me up however, and the $11 Meal Deal is a good deal ! (I never give "stars ratings" below the average posted ... it's not my job to drag down the ratings... but I like to leave comments so the owners of the business can read them to make corrections) read more

By far, the worst pizza I've ever had. This place, has a wait, and I have no idea why. The pizza, fresh from the oven, was soggy as hell. I'm sorry to say I've not put a worse slice of pizza in my mouth, ever. For $$, one would expect more fresher ingredients and nicer pizza. And for the record, the pizza I had was the Steak and Bleu, which was suggested as a popular option. Never going here again. read more

Perfect quick bite between flights. My husband is gluten free which can be tough to accommodate in the airport, so we were excited to find gluten free options. We caught the crew, Brianna, Emmanuel, and Deaquaries, as they were closing and they were nice enough to give our kiddo some complimentary cookies. HUGE THANK YOU TO LISA WASHINGTON , EMMANUEL OLORODE, DAJAH MEANS for their amazing service , attentive, pleasant and very efficient ready to serve AMAZING PIZZA and other food items they offer during this frustrating and difficult times! Flight AA2328 6:45pm to LAX California, is now "DELAYED" at 10:45pm and traveling with minor is rough. Such a warm, compassionate staff and a BIG ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR THEIR HARD EFFORTS AND WORKS! Commenting because I really considered not eating here based on the reviews but my food came out hot, on time, and tasty! So take the reviews with a grain of salt. The kiosk I think is helpful with ordering because the line moves faster. BUT I will say the staff are mostly young adults so they can be loud and playful behind the counter. I get it, I've been their age. They just need to be more mindful that people are watching and they all won't be as forgiving especially dealing with a stressful environment like Hartsfield-Jackson airport. read more

Honestly pretty good spot in the airport. Went right up to a kiosk to order and waited about 10 min for my food my husband for just pepperoni pizza which I paid for extra pepperoni and I don't think it was extra (see picture) it seemed like the regular amount other than that I would have liked mine (big max) cooked a little longer the cheese toward the center wasn't melted... But that's a personal preference. Other than that I really didn't interact with anyone other than they called my number and name I said thank you that was it so I really can't comment on service other than saying I think time wise they did a good job. Flavors I would everything was good it's airport pizza so I wasn't really expecting too much. I'd recommend this spot if you want to grab a quick bite at the airport. read more

The lady who made me and my husband's pizza was nice about the extended wait. We were late boarding our flight waiting for it. Honestly the pizza was so good I hate we didn't get two. I will always get this pizza anytime I'm at the airport. I hope she always makes the pizza. It was hot, exactly how I like my food. read more

What a disaster this place is. Two stars because I ate here one other time and the pizza was decent, had the BBQ chicken this time and it wasn't good. But the problem is the employees. Absolutely no organization or idea wtf they are doing. Counted 9 African Americans behind the counter, 5 of which trying to figure out what pizza goes to what order number. Pizzas sitting on the counter and sitting on the conveyor belt oven and they have zero clue what goes to what. Customers rightfully getting annoyed. They desperately need to hire new employees, preferably a few with an IQ over 80. read more

I almost chose not to eat this pizza joint based on the bad reviews about service. However, the pizzas looked good and I decided to take a chance. I ordered a pizza and a beer at the kiosk and sat down and got on a phone call. At some point, one of their employees brought over my beer and asked if I was number 26. This quite the opposite experience that others have received. The pizza was delicious and better than most airport pizzas that I have had. read more

The pizza was great but the male gentleman working in the blue shirt on Thursday May 25th at 4:45 was dismissive and ignored people to chat with random other people. When asked for things he said ok and disregarded it completely. The pizza was good though. No way he could work at a normal restaurant outside an airport read more

They messed up my simple order. A pizza with mushrooms and basil. Only got mushrooms. The self order machine didn't print my receipt when I ordered. They serve the pizza on a paper bag inside of another paper bag, which was soaked with grease. They really need to get it together. read more

When I come to this place now to just get ice in my own cup they try to charge me. I approached Zyesha today with a smile and said "Hi". No smile from her from the start this has been a continuous greeting from the staff there everytime I'm there or pass by to my gate! I go there just to see if customer service has changed. All the staff has terrible attitude problems and I dont believe that is the intent of the manager at this location....? This is why this place has a BAD rating!! Change your employees attitudes and ratings will change!! I work in customer service at my Full time job and Part time job this is NOT acceptable behavior!!! read more

From the moment I entered, I was impressed with the art in various forms throughout the restaurant. This include included pictures, sculptures, and even a traditional Ethiopian coffee set up. Our party was fairly large and sat to the right of the entrance where tables were pushed together to form one table with chairs on one side and bench on the opposite. I did notice that the other areas had tables that were spaced in the very larger room, as well as a bar area with television and would appear to be an area for music/Dj set up. The food was amazing as well. Amazing is the word of the day regarding ballet! I ordered the Bole Awaze Tims signature platter with lamb, other meat options were available. I also ordered the Timatim fitfit salad, a side of beets and had the hot spice tea as my beverage. The portions were ample and included a basket of njeri, the traditional spongy accompaniment used to eat the contents of your meal. The Timatim salad was extremely good, and a meal in itself. My food was seasoned well, and I enjoyed each and every bite! My tea was delicious too! A traditional us brand teabag was placed on the side for addition, but not necessary at all. The spices which I believe included cardamom were more than sufficient and truly warmed me adequately. Despite having an a large party, our server managed all orders like a champion, and made sure that no one had to guess on menu selections. She provided information in educated in the process. The overall vibe was that everyone was impressed and enjoyed their meals. As previously mentioned, I look forward to returning to share the extremely personable ambience and great food selections with others. Definitely a great location to celebrate a special occasion or for a delicious meal with a long layover.

There are beautiful paintings hung all over, and the decorations that make you feel like you've stepped into a little part of Mexico. Atmosphere is super casual and comfortable. Food and drinks Now the menu here is massive. Take your time and prepare to be overwhelmed, because everything sounds amazing. Here's a breakdown of what we got each time. 1st visit - El Rey Del Taco Parrillada It's meant to be shared with two people, and comes with a pound of beef ribs, your choice of chicken or al pastor meat, six shrimp wrapped in bacon, with melted cheese and chorizo, plus tortillas and charro beans. It was just as delicious as it sounds. 2nd visit - Tacos The pastor con queso and the shrimp al pastor with cheese, onions, and al pastor sauce. You're welcome. 3rd visit - Fajitas Fajitas Texanas, with steak chicken and shrimp. There are 7 different combinations of sides that you can get. We got white rice, salad, and charro beans. This can also be shared, which my wife and I did. Speaking of the charro beans, they have the best beans I have ever had. For drinks I got the supreme regular mango margarita. My wife got strawberry. Both great. Service Food came out fast, but other than that the service was a little slow. Our waitress was nice, but it did seem that she forgot about us for a little while. The food was so good that I forgave it, plus at the end of the day I got everything I needed. Verdict If you're looking for amazing food and drinks, this is absolutely the place to get it. It just might end up being your favorite too! Until next time!

I never write a review about a company but I was so moved by a young woman name Lisa Washington this evening I just had to. My flight was delayed in Atlanta today as well as a few other passenger.I watched her assist three passenger with so much compassion and care .she carried there food to the table brought them there drinks laughed and joked with them. But what touch me is when she walked over to me just to say hi and how am I doing, I told her that I was stressed and really just wanted to go home.she took the time to talk me and we found out we are from the same state and county we shared grandkid pictures and she made me smile.For a brief moment she made feel like I was home. Thank you Lisa and you pizza was excellent. I don't know if she will ever see this but if you moved back to New Jersey I was serious you a have a manager spot waiting for you at our company. read more

But the part was the amazing customer service and the honestly that one of the employees showed her name is Lisa Washington, this woman helped me place my order brought our drinks to the table and our food. But what touch my heart is the fact I left my credit are in there machine .she hunted me down just to return my property. I may be the first person excited his flight was delayed, it allowed me to come across uncle Maddio's the food was absolutely amazing, way better than you'd expect for a airport restaurant, and quite possibly the best pizza in Atlanta. The best seating area in the terminal and top notch service. They have unique combinations I'd never think would go great on pizza but in all honesty it's good enough to switch airlines to make sure I'm in this terminal. I'll be dreaming about this food on my flight. So good I downloaded yelp just to let people know if you are departing or arriving in Atlanta you must check this place out. First of they need to re calibrate there machine cause the pizza is undercooked. So much to point where cheese doesn't even melt. Smdh... Also the young, rude and ghetto lady at the service counter. She has her phone in her back pocket and headphones on. Having full blown conversations over her phone while on the floor. Bending over the counter talking being rude to guest and basically ignoring them . Then when being asked for something she rolls her eyes. I'm in this business and I would fire her today!!!! Found them in my way to my gate at the airport. Sometimes airport food is disappointing, but I was very hungry so I took a chance today. Not disappointed! The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was great! Fast service...got the salad and drink right away and the pizza came out fresh and hot, with the cheese stretchy (important to me). When I told the nice manager (Emmanuel) that I was very happy with my experience, he told me that the helpful gal at the register was Yamma, and the cook that made my great pizza was Destiny. Dajah and Emmanuel did an awesome job and made my mothers day and my children's first trip on a plane special. We were told that food orders would take 20-25 minutes which is all we had before we need to board our flight. This is a nice option in the North terminal at ATL - you can make your own pizza (I got the supreme, it's pretty good!), and there's a ton of chargers available for your devices.
