It's in a food court in Terminal T with other choices but we decided on pizza. You order via kiosk and I must have looked confused cause Emmanuel came up to me straight to help with my selections for my custom pizza. He was very courteous and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and they gave us generous toppings. Emmanuel then came by during our meal to make sure everything was ok. This in a food court! No idea why these reviews are so bad. My husband and I thought the pizza was great!!!! We ordered the margarita and shared it. They are personal sized pizzas, so you'll need your own if you're hungry. We just wanted a snack, so sharing was perfect. The service wasn't anything special, but it's a pizza joint with self service kiosks to order from. There wasn't anything wrong with the service. They also have gluten free dough option which I know is a big plus for anyone with dietary restrictions. We'll definitely stop by again the next time we're at the Atlanta airport! read more

If you have one hour and 5 minutes for a pizza before your flight, then go right ahead. It was delicious once you sank your teeth into it. What can I say? Utter disorganization, no leadership, confusion, no confidence. The staff was at a point where they just handed customers any pizzas they'd accept coming off the belt or pizzas that were close-enough to what they thought was ordered. Many couldn't wait and had to get their money back, and their was even a line for that. Staff who don't want to help customers- and are eating off in the corner- slow service altogether and bad attitudes (sorry for interrupting your lunch, I thought you were working.) Food is meh, but the service here is horrendous. If you paid with the credit card kiosk and they run out of ingredients you paid for, they just make it without and won't tell you they're out. When i asked about it, they just said "we don't have it." They also have 6 people working and 4 of them just stand around and hang out chatting with each other while the other two slowly make the food. The lady at the counter kept cutting me off, the guy handing out the pizza just looks at you and says I know it's not yours, then again no I'll call you it's not yours. The food is actually good but the staff are the most miserable, rudest people ever. And I've been many times so it's not a one off. They'll roll their eyes right to your face, yell at customers, forget about a smile they literally act like they're about to cuss you out for placing an order and making them work. This is a nice option in the North terminal at ATL - you can make your own pizza (I got the supreme, it's pretty good!), and there's a ton of chargers available for your devices. Emmanuel and Sidajah took my order and we're very nice, they and the other staff seem hard working. Not much more to say, decent and not as expensive as other airport food options read more

There is a real chance the employees here get a bonus for being rude to customers. If you're looking to wait 30 minutes for a piece of pizza then this is the place for you (I'll give the benefit of the doubt here while the US government is incentivizing people to not work. Gotta give some credit to the employees for showing up at least). Make sure you order a fountain drink too so when your food comes they can tell you they don't have fountain drinks. Absolutely terrible service. I used the online app to order and I ordered two beers and a pizza. The pizza took twenty minutes to get. The lady who called out my pizza to get it from the counter didn't give me my beer and when I asked said nothing and walked away. To get her attention I yelled at her that I ordered two beers and she proceeded to berate me that they don't do drinks. I am a frequent traveler and rely on Yelp for dining. I was in a hurry so I grabbed a Supreme Pizza at uncle Maddio's . I fly out of LAX frequently and have pizza at that airport.
