Worst, and I mean worst experience EVER!! They not only have ZERO management, but they totally have no clue how to run a store. HIRE ADULTS THAT HAVE A BRAIN. You had 50+ people waiting in line for a shoe release and it was perfect and peaceful till about 6-8 people rolled up 10mins till open and stood at the front of the line. EVERYONE told the staff and they sh*t themselves from being SO clueless on what to do. Long story short, they sold out extremely fast AND the people who cut, and didn't wait all night, got the shoes while the rest of us were left to stare at YOUR CLUELESS, DUMB, INCAPABLE STAFF that had no idea what just happened and looked WAAAAY out of their league. The young female was a deer in headlights... has she worked retail before? You lost a 8+ year customer today... Interesting kicks, but I'd only wear 1-2 pairs in the store. Poor service too - very unhelpful. I thought their Adidas collection was cool, and picked up a pair. The shoes doesn't seem to be exclusive to Undefeated though - you can find a lot of the same pairs at Barneys and Bloomingdale's. read more

This location has the same rad selection of sneakers as the one on La Brea except in a larger more open space that is actually more comfortable to be in. Plus it's right by the ocean which is great! read more

Over the years Undtd has gotten a lot better with their customer service . They've always had a huge selection of shoes and clothing and I'm glad they started carrying more BAPE again . This location is nice because it's near the beach and the staff are great . read more

This place sucks. I visited the SM store this past wknd and there was a line outside of the store for no apparent reason. These pricks were just screwing with the young folks (teens) that wanted a certain pair of sneaks. I hate their 'tude--its not warranted you lame-asses! You're not selling the cure to Cancer, so be nice. I bought two pairs of sneakers from this store and was never offered a Gatorade; I guess they reserve those for sub-par skaters and celebs (think nerds from Entourage). The two times Ive walked in there, it was the same stand off-ish vibe. The workers act like they're to good to help you because they work at a hype ass store. I understand that most street wear boutiques aren't like your typical malls/stores where associates are always on your back trying to get you to buy something BUT a simple greet or acknowledgment is always nice. I also asked if they had a pair of sneakers in stock and how the sizes ran for women, the asian chick said the shoes ran true to size but didn't give much input on the sneakers/fit or took an approach to help me find what I was looking for. I would have spent a good amount of my hard earned money here, but the two douchebuckets working there were so rude and condescending to my wife and me that I will never go there again. I've never been so pissed off at a place in my entire life. I go into this store and these shoes catch my attention & I want them in a size 9.5 or a 9 they didn't have it so I asked to see a size 8.5 and they fit perfect. I buy them take them home and realize that my foot can't even breathe in them so I wanted to return them. Never worn them or anything. Nobody had told me in store that there was such a bs return policy. so they said it was only store credit, so I check online and they have my size! I asked if they can ship the 9.5 to here so that way I can just get my size. They said no. Just no. Like wtf. I love this shoe but I just want my damn size! read more

Overall I would say that customer service and return/exchange policy are lacking. First of all the boutique does not order women's shoes above a size 9 wtf. Second, instead of being told the store policy I was told that the shoes didn't come in a size 10 -at all- leading me to believe that I would not be able to find the shoe elsewhere. Having found the shoe on Nike's website I've now been told they will not exchange and won't order my size so now i'm stuck with shoes that are slightly too small and the store refuses to do anything about it. At least for women's shoes save yourself sometime and just buy online. read more

I went to this place a while back. I like these type of boutique shops (although I think there's 3 locations now). Much better than Footlocker or whatever else type of mainstream mall shops are out there. The prices for their shoes seemed reasonable, but when I looked at one of their hoodies, I couldn't believe that it was something like $98!!! 3 stars because people were nice, I liked the vibe, but their clothes were just overpriced. read more

true Holiday spirit at the Venice main st location! my wife wanted to buy me a pair of sk8-hi filsons for Christmas and we got there ten minutes after closing and the manager/owner or whoever, was cool enough to let us in after closing to purchase them.
