When I walked out of the salon, I was so unhappy I could not even speak-I have been growing my hair…read moreout for over a year, trying to achieve the same length all around-had a conversation with the stylist told her I wanted to keep it long just to trim it so that it can continuously grow to the same length but I still want to put it in a ponytail-she seemed a little distant, but gave me a good hair wash and I got in the chair. Next thing I know she cut my hair at the chin. She gave me a short bob- after she made the first cut I said I wanted to keep it in a ponytail. Why are you cutting it so short oh don't worry it'll grow in. It'll grow in nicely. She cut 4 inches off the side. There was nothing else I could do about the rest of it. I will never go back there, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Randall seems like a very nice guy sad that he has someone working there that couldn't follow a simple direction for a trim.

Because they are a med-spa and not just your regular hair, nails, & massage place- the employees can specifically meet your needs in a more clinical, osteopathic way that involves more training than you would find elsewhere. You will feel the difference. Additionally, and I can't express this enough or extend enough gratitude for it- You will not find another place more accommodating or filled with more caring people who want to help you in more ways than one. I always travel with my small pup and they allow me to bring him and they let him chill with me even during a massage. He lays right on the table with me! I have also made friends here. Brandy & Rachael, I can't thank you enough for your advice, heartfelt empathy, and willingness to really just give me the words I needed to hear, positive affirmations to remember, and the motivation to keep on keeping on.
