They have a variety of wine, beer, and even cocktails on their menu. Service was amazing and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The owner, Cathy, is also very personable and sweet and makes sure you're taken care of. This is a wonderful spot for a date night or an evening with your girls. The ambiance of Splash Wine Bar was exactly what we were looking for and the live music was just amazing. I highly recommend you add this on your list of places to visit.

We splurged with the caviar service the second night. Excellent decision. I hope those who live in the Hot Springs area appreciate what a great restaurant they have. It's a low-key, comfortable, unpretentious spot that's received recognition as the best bar, the best wine bar, the best trendy bar, and the best happy hour bar from a variety of publications.
