I previously visited this location. I bought a $250.00 wig that was balding in the front. I then went to the Inglewood location same scenario. I was desperate this last week three days ago for a wig so I said forget it let me go and just analyze before I buy it. It looks amazing. The edges was amazing pre-plucked Knotts dyed everything on point. I got home to find out that I had an adjustable band but no where to insert it in so I had to cut a hole in my own wig just to put the wig on secure. This company is reckless no refunds no exchanges no customer service skills hard to get in contact with a manager and when you do the manager is like OK whatever just blow You away like there's nothing we can do so do not I repeat do not go to a UNice without analyzing your wig completely and then on top of that my wig sheds like if I comb with my hand its shedding a lot and I paid $306 for this unit. read more

I'm giving this hair 4 out of 5 stars. It did have a smell, so my hair stylist washed it for me. (You may want to smell your hair before you pay to see if it has a scent. I didn't do this and only noticed the smell when it was time to take it out for my stylist.) Luckily, the scent washed right out! I've been wearing this curly hair for a week now, and there has been no shedding or tangles. I'm shocked! What I have noticed is that the natural black color has highlights of brown in it, so you may want to hold the hair up to the sunlight if you want to see its true color, but I didn't mind the brown tones. What I will say is that I have to use a spray bottle and mousse to keep this curly hair from being too frizzy, but that's to be expected with the curly texture that I bought. I can't comment on the straight hair extensions. Otherwise, I have NO complaints. read more

In store Deals- there's boxes out with hair sometimes that was purchased by over ppl and they return. but they go fast bc I try and come get like 4 wigs per person in my house I got 4 daughters. They range from $50, $85 and I think $100/$150 Some have issues like the colors off a lul or something. I came here to get idea what the hair feels or looks like so if I order online I couldnt go wrong. They also do custom coloring for additional price. I come in MOST times, if I have a last minute appt or gathering. ( like I do this time I found a new installer for Sunday it's Wednesday ‍)and I can't wait for the 2-3 business days shipping for online. I bumped off one star because the parking sucks balls. But I mean it's in a shopping center with a Walmart, fish and a Starbucks ‍ so it's to be expected. If I was to suggest something it would be for them to give deals to ppl who buy 4 or more wigs. So anything else I can't think of nothing. The place is cool, clean, have on your mask DUH IT'S STILL RONA AND ALL HER SISTERS AND COUSINS OUTSIDE. Oh the place is kinda warm too! The wig was advertised as no knotts, but when received that was clearly not the case. Also this wig sheds like crazy. Within 3 days the hairline literally was balled and I don't do all the glue and gel either. I filed a dispute with my bank to have my money returned and due to the I convenience unice sent me a free wig for my "inconvenience" after I informed them I filed a dispute . Nonetheless they are now trying to deny the reason for sending the free wig and are refusing to refund my bank the money. They are ridiculous, disorganized and unethical. Very good customer service I bought deep wave 2 24in plus a closure June 6 paid to have my hair dresser install it. Now the hair is tangling and knotting up. Beautiful hair bit it hasnt been in a month all i used was Mixed Chicks and water and sometimes just water I used the email address I was told to write to and at the end of the day I referred people to buy bundles plus I have bought a wig from Inoce that is pretty but sheds like a cat. Just bought 4 bundles for my birthday. Thought I'd install and wear for a while before I made my review and here it is. I've been wearing weaves since 16 years old. I've been installing them since 16 years old. I know hair and do my own hair which always looks salon finished. With that being said, trust me. This hair is from china. Don't even bother wasting your money if you are looking for real true quality bundles. This is beauty supply, Ali express, amazon quality. You are getting what you pay for. The hair has no origin (so they said in store) yet on the packaging on each bundle had a made in China sticker on each bag. The hair smells sooooo fake. The hair has a burgundy/reddish tint to it which proves it's made in a factory in China as a remi weft. I will say though it's holding up nicely because I know how to take care of any wefts. I got straight, 16,18,20 and 24 inches. It's lasting well with little shedding. It's holding my curls at a 5/10 rating. I would love to have figured this out at the store but god had other plans for me so I guess I'm here to give a full review to all of you who need it. The girl sitting down acted extremely lazy to get up and show me different options of hair. She was rude, short, and seemed bothered she was even working there.
