I was having issues with my printer and Bud the salesman told me that if I used their ink all cartridges had to be their product for it to work because of a micro chip. Changed out all of the ink and still my printer would not print black. I was getting frustrated with him because he never kept his word. NO calls when promised, only empty promises. Was going to have the tech guy call and he actually called me back and I answered and he stated that I should throw all their ink away and HAVE A GOOD DAY. Do not get suckered in like I did. There were 3 employees in the store and no one was able to get the chair from the back. One of them said she was pregnant and couldn't do it, not sure why the 2nd one couldn't, but here's the clincher! The 3rd employee was getting ready to take a break, so we were told we'd have to wait 45 minutes to make our purchase. He hadn't even left yet, and couldn't get the chair before he did leave. That's REAL awesome customer service they have going on in there. We told the pregnant gal, who was about the rudest little redhead I've ever met, that we weren't going to wait 45 minutes to buy this chair and we'd get one somewhere else. She walked back to the front desk, yelling at us the entire time. Yes, yelling at us! Again wonderful customer service. I don't know her name, but she was a redhead, and that's all I know. I see from another post that this woman is the manager! Seriously? Bit I see that she's rude to more than just me. I've never been treated so awful by a retail store employee. I will never shop in this store again. Actually I'll never shop at Office Depot at any location if this is the type of experience I can expect to encounter. At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn't belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn't feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers' mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful -- but the execution at this location didn't match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I've decided to discontinue my service here because it just doesn't feel reliable.

The small touches like having enough chairs for a conference room (yes there are problems around town with this) to having up to date large tv's for presentations are crucial to me. When noticing the meeting, paying for a space, or dealing with issue at hand instead of being bothered by the space........being uncomfortable should be the last thing on someones mind. You can park in the front (Main Street) in the couple of free on street parking, in the parking lot on the side, or park behind the building and enter from the back entrance. If you have a small business, need a random quiet meeting place, or need to rent a permeant place to set up shop.....there are many places Downtown you can choose.....but being familiar with the spaces like me, take my advice and go with Faciliteq. The owner of this business, was in an article recently saying that he will be opening up two more locations near here if this one is booked. So hang tight and more nice space will be available soon!!!!!!!
