It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

We did some small shopping and when we went to pay there weren't any checkers at any registers. After hunting someone down we paid and returned to the pharmacy. After waiting another 10 minutes they told us they had to call the doctor and it would be at least another hour. When asked why they didn't call the doctor hours before they didn't have an answer. This was definitely our first and last time filling a Rx here!

The funny ass thing is there is a sign that states "Open Tuesdays and Thursdays" and "if you need service call the office number"...bro - review 1) and 2)... USC Verdugo Pharmacy is a shitshow...and they couldn't even prescribe themselves the right meds to fix their own problem...cause the pick up window is Tuesdays only before 3pm... As i walked in i was approached by Dee who i believe is the manager. I explained him about my parents situation and all i had with me was my parents insurance cards he got their Primary doctors information and copy of the insurance cards and fallowing month medications for both of my parents were delivered to my house without any delays or questions.
