The donuts here are delicious. Most of the time I order them to go but I have gone into the store on occasion and they are always friendly and efficient. My favorite donut is definitely the Dubai chocolate one which unfortunately is no longer on the menu, I hope they bring it back! They change flavors often and I always look forward to trying something new.

The dough from the donuts here always taste fresh although the flavors are most definitely up to personal preference - they have some interesting ones but personally the price is quite high for a donut. The service was also good and it was a swift and short interaction. They have them nicely displayed but they do grab it from a cart they have in the back, there is a lot of seating by this spot and while it did taste good it wasn't necessarily worth it for its price and simplicity.

It is hard to say donuts are ever "bad" because...well...they are donuts. Sadly, I just did not enjoy the donuts or the coffee here. Coffee was very bitter, and the donuts were very dry and tasted like bread with frosting on them. They did have cool flavor choices though. We tried both the Vietnamese coffee donut and the dark chocolate frosted donut.

I have had this place 4-5x and recommend for gourmet donuts. The ingredients and quality are on a much different level then other donut shops. The flavors always offer such a nice variety and they have ability order online. Parking can be tough for this location but worth it. I recommend the filled donuts, as the brioche is so soft and fluffy and the filling is light and not too sweet.

Good. Good. Good. Yummy. The jelly donut is 'to die for,' and so tasty. The Boston Cream - oh soooo good. The churro - heaven. We like it !!!

Most people make plans to exercise or eat healthier in the new year, but I've been determined to find the best donuts in the Boston area! I've had coworkers bring in donuts from here several times now and each time, they're absolutely rich and luxurious! I tried the banana pudding donut from here and was so shocked and pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. It was a combo I never thought I needed! If you're looking for a donut place to go to, you gotta try Union Square donuts!

Best donuts we've had! The workers were so nice every time and definitely better than what we have in California! The donut holes with vanilla frosting was our personal favorite and the honey glazed donuts were amazing! Stopping by next time we're in Boston!

The vegan Belgian chocolate donut is a dream. I love trying their rotating flavors but this is my solid go to!

Their menu is full of authentic bakery staples at reasonable prices. Also, the service is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and efficient despite the long line. I tried their pretzel croissant which was one of the best croissants I've had in a long time. The flakiness was impressive while it retained the strong taste of a traditional pretzel. I'm simply amazed. Also, their iced latte was pretty good! I got their seasonal Lavender Latte which was refreshing and strong. It didn't have that perfume-y aftertaste that often comes with floral flavors. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and only wish I lived closer to be able to come more often.

The lines fortunately moved quickly and we were out of there in 20 min! The pastries are sooooo incredible you absolutely need to try. Our favorites were the Gruyère monkey pull apart bread (similar to the Gruyère croissant but a bit bigger) and we loved it so much we literally dug every piece out from the little cardboard bowl it comes in. A close second was their weekly special the Muhaamura feta croissant which was delectable-- I had never thought of putting Muhaamura in a croissant but damn does it work! It also went so well with the Gruyère it was truly a combo made in heaven. Both are also super light and won't make you feel super heavy after! We also got some sweet options including the chocolate chunk cookie and walnut morning bun which were super solid, but out of the sweet items the olive oil cake was our favorite. It is SUPER dense but truly the perfect dessert to have with tea in the afternoon-- I will definitely think about bringing this next time I'm visiting someone's house! It's not too sweet but flavored so well. Overall this place is soooo worth the wait--- definitely check it out!

I am sure that the donuts are wonderful and they look like a ton of fun; however, for a regular brunch experience, I would go somewhere else.
