I cannot recommend the Union Street Inn enough! The place is so cute! It was been updated and the decor is great! The staff were all amazing! They were so friendly, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, and were seriously the nicest staff I have encountered on all of my travels. The breakfast was delicious and they cooked it when you ordered. If you are staying in Nantucket, this is an amazing place to stay! The location is great also!

We stayed at the Inn for 4 nights and hit the jackpot with this beautiful B&B. All the staff were friendly, treated you like family and were available for suggestions, reservations etc. The fully cooked made to order breakfast on the patio each morning was the perfect way to start the day. They offer a spread each afternoon with coffee, teas, carrot cake and other goodies. We were able to help ourselves to cans of water from the refrigerator and daily newspapers were in the parlor. We stayed in room #2 which was beautifully arranged with a big comfortable king bed. The shower was perfect pressure for us. There is on-site parking for those who need it, and a bicycle rack for those renting bikes. I cannot say enough about this wonderful Inn and it's wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again for a Nantucket visit.

Tea and hot water, as well as coffee, out all day

I never stay in small inns because I feel like you run into staff all the time-but this was the nicest inn I have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and helpful, and it was the most comfortable room I could have asked for. Every morning they put an activities of the day under your door with happenings on the island. On the back are the movies and times playing that night, and they let you know what their breakfast is that day on site. This is included in the room fee, and looked wonderful. Every day around 3 they put out iced tea and treats, and they have a lovely patio area if you want some fresh air. I am here in off season, so my room was extremely affordable. Comfortable bed, great tolietries, and a crew that really cares about your comfort! I will be back for sure!

I've come to Nantucket every summer for years, staying at different inns each time. This is by FAR the best. The ladies at the front desk are cheerful, welcoming and uber helpful. Our dinner reservations for our entire stay were all arranged by them before we even arrived. Breakfast is included--and this isn't a "continental" breakfast consisting of a muffin or croissant. This is a breakfast of your choice of 3 or 4 menu items, all fantastic. Our rooms were kept extremely clean and well-stocked with towels, water, etc. There is free WiFi and a computer in the hall. The location is also great--right by the shuttle station and only a block or two from Main Street, but on a quiet street. I was delighted and can't think of anywhere I'd rather stay on future visits.

Charming and lovely!

so far extreme disappointment we were supposed to met at…read moreferry, we were not.Called hotel and one eventually sent. eventually checked into room which was smaller then any junior suite i have ever seen ( does not even have a closet or a bath) and over 80 degrees. apologies given since AC broken through out the hotel, but they are "working on it" so i guess that's alright mattress does not even cover frame so extreme care needed getting out of bed, painful ankles remind one not to get out of bed casually. upside is it is in Nantucket so we can go elsewhere for a lovely dinner it gets better turns out our suite with 2 rooms and patio (as booked) turns into a small standard room. so short stay made shorter trying to get proper room

It was almost like renting our own little nantucket cottage with a private entrance to our suite from the neighborhood outside. The service was impeccable as well as all the little, decadent, included perks. Every morning there are amazing pastries in the reception area. I got an assortment of danishes, croissants, and muffins thinking to just sample a bit. I ate it ALL. Each room gets their own drip coffee and nespresso machine. In the afternoons they set out cookies, and in the early evenings are wine and cheese. There are also complimentary bicycles, which allowed me the chance to check out quite a few of the local beaches and lighthouses nearby. One afternoon we went to the pool and enjoyed our private cabana and snacks, drinks, and even fresh fruit! They even provided us with sunscreen and signed copies of nantucket-y beach reads. Seriously, they've thought of everything. Such a relaxing vacation and I hope to come back one day!
