Bought a very nice "looking" car there, drove nice and the body was in good shape (but had to ask the Salesman several times to wash the car). By the time I got home (actually a little before) I realized the Map, GPS, and hands free Phone didn't work. Also, a Check Engine light/Code had been cleared prior to sale. Chevy Dealer says none of those issues are related to Onstar, which had been discontinued in that year/model. I also contacted OnStar and they verified as well. Spent a lot of money for the Car but now I have to take it to the Chevy Dealer for repairs. Unique Auto has an "As Is" policy with no returns unless you purchase a Return Warranty, which is only good for (2) Days if you pay cash as I did. Very upsetting, very disappointed...lesson learned. If it seems too good to be true it probably is (isn't). I'll never buy from them again nor would I recommend them. Pay a little more and buy from a Name Brand Dealership. This car is going to cost me a lot more in the long run, then what I paid for it. read more

Terrible experience- stear clear of this dealer. We purchased a used 2012 Honda Civic for my elderly mother under the premise that it would be reliable . A couple weeks after purchasing it she started experiencing severe oil leaks. Come to find out a boot with a hole had been covered up with electrical tape(it was removed and taped all the way around) and all lights on the dash came up giving a code for issues with the engine. It's clear they mickey moused the vehicle and did what they needed to, to sell and get rid off the lot. What's unfortunate is that they do this, smile in your face, shake your hand knowing your driving away with a vehicle doomed to fall apart. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I'll be reporting this to the better business bureau. read more

We purchased a Truck Saturday and there was no one to wash the truck so we were asked to come back Monday so they can detail it. Maria helped us and first off the Truck had no gas. We returned Monday and it was embarrassing how they washed mind you not detailed as promised. I called Maria Tuesday and she stated she had her best washer wash it.Well if he's the best I can't imagine the worse. She apologized and said basically it's too bad. Sat down ready to make the deal and they said they have to put the "mandatory "add ons" like paint protection, low jack, warranty etc. I told them nothing like that Is mandatory, but they wouldn't let me buy the car without them. This is an unethical "bait and switch" tactic that is most likely illegal, luring customers to the lot with low advertised prices. Now, the 30k just became a 40k car. Terrible. read more

However, a different team member swiftly assisted me. This company has terrible service and just from my experience they sale cars that seem good at first but may take a couple days or a longer drive to notice a check engine light. I took my car back to get it fixed and the mechanic just turned the light back off. They also try and talk you into thier limited finance options even when there are better financers with lower rates. They hold documents that you sign back and they keep your account information on file to use later. Make sure to have a mechanic check vehicle before signing, take a picture of all documents they make you sign to see if they are provided in folder, never give them a debit card, only check or money order. They tried charging my card an extra $350 and when I tried to report the fraud they claimed it was a mistake. When you call the management team on thier potentially fraudulent activities they pretent they are to busy to address your concerns. The actual manager of this facility seems to have trained a dealership of people designed to get over and not do straight forward business. I called public safety officers to report the attempted fraudulent activity and they claimed it was an accident and then I found out they had other paperwork they hadn't given me. I would advice to take your business to a place that operates more above board. read more

Once I mentioned that my mechanic would come in to inspect the car the sales man did not look pleased and said: "Well we have lost sales/customers that way before" A place that does not want you to have a mechanic inspect their vehicles is a red flag. read more
