Bought a car from this place in January 2024 and they did NOT maintenance the car! Bout a week later the tire lights came on that it has low air and it doesn't it's full, had to replace EVERYTHING! So I came here looking for a car and the car I looked at was not in the best shape but I had a small down payment and my credit score isn't the greatest so I was willing to take what I could get . So when we got in the car and test drove it I noticed a smell like animal urine in the car and the AC wasn't working . So I mentioned it to Maria the salesperson and she said they would clean the car and recharge the ac . So after I signed the papers and she basically told me I needed another 500$ to take the car that my 1000 $down wasn't enough . Then she says that the car is being washed and to hold tight . So my friend and I sat there waiting for about almost an hour before another salesman comes and says he's gonna go get the car . Then he brings the car and IT HASNT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED ! NO VACUUM NO CAR WASH NOTHING . I get home and pull off the plastic sticky floor mats that say " dealer must remove" and all I can smell is animal urine. The car is filled w dog hair under the seats and smells terrible . Then I noticed the air conditioner still doesn't work so I look it up on YouTube and sure enough there's a recall for the air conditioner. I tried to recharge it myself, but when I look at the gauge, it's already full. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! read more

6 months later and the head gasket blew out. Originally I left a review here because they really screwed me over on my purchase. I bought a Subaru imprezza 2013 (with an undisclosed engine issue as well as missing lug nut making it very unsafe to drive off the lot) which unfortunately is too old to be applicable to fight for under lemon law. Do not purchase any car here (ever or one) that is older than 7 years as that would disqualify you which you most likely would have to try to fight for because they sell cars with issues that are not disclosed. Even encouraging me to purchase it all in cash which I did and also strongly discourage. The only time they contacted me was when I tried to take report their business for fraud even though I called them prior and at that time they told me it's not their fault and could not provide any help. The best offer they were able to give me to "help" (after reporting their company) was diagnose the car issues with THEIR OWN MECHANICS and offer me a DISCOUNT . As if I want to give this business sorry frauds anymore of my money. I was already told by a Subaru dealership the issue was most likely an internal engine issue as well as being told the same thing by a mechanic I trust. This repair would cost me between 6,000-9,000 dollars after buying this car for almost 7000. Now on top of that the gasket blew out which would cost another 3000 dollars. Low miles and sweet specs. Low tire though, but they fixed it instantly. I started by doing my research and calling ahead. I knew going in there would be some hustle on their part, but I was wrong. I got fair credit so honestly, then financing me was a blessing. Bought a used BMW 2018 with 70,000 miles on it March of 2023.... Bought a warranty through the dealer 36 months 40,000... $2000..... After about a year, we had to pay to have 1 engine mount done $1300.....warranty company would not cover anything....... Again, 2 weeks ago, the engine has an issue .....have it taken to the dealer, dealer says $20,000 and warranty doesn't cover it..... This company is a scam, and do not let this stealer sell this warranty to you..... it is complete garbage. I called the dealer , Was told that "they were in meetings" ....left messages, and told them what the problem was and they didn't do anything to help me.... not one thing ......they just ignored me. Fair warning....do not buy anything from this stealer...they will sell you a warranty that is an absolute nightmare, a joke.... doesn't cover anything.... don't even bother. read more
