I had a fairly good experience except at the closing when they added several thousand's in extras and said they would not sell me the vehicle unless I purchased at least one extra. I did not want a LoJack but they said it was already installed so I had to pay for it. The practices were a bit deceptive, but the car is so nice and I love it. I have not had any problems with my vehicle. However, I probably would not purchase from this dealer again. Went to go check out a car on Saturday. Wasn't taken seriously as a young lady of course by any of the sales men. Not sure if they thought I was broke or dumb or both or just can't take a young woman seriously. Auggie was the one who "helped". Also said there was an OPTIONAL extended warranty I could buy. Sales guy wasn't knowledgeable about the car. Went back Sunday with my FIL and all of the sudden it's "hey boss how's it going!" with a huge smile and he was taken seriously and only speaking/making eye contact with him. Decide okay I like the car I want it. Sit down to sign and all the sudden there's a MANDATORY $3K extended warranty that I HAVE to get and won't be taken off. Warranty wasn't that great anyway 3 years/40K miles. Supposedly mandatory for all their vehicles. When we asked why the warranty wasn't reflected in the price they said because then car gurus would say it's a bad deal. Yeah it's car gurus' fault lol. No! A bad deal is a bad deal. Bought my first car here trusting them to sell me a great car because it's a dealership not a car from the street ever since I bought the car magically after the 30 days warranty was over everything started to mess up but since the warranty was over they couldn't help me. The battery died exactly when I finish test driving it and they installed a "new" battery but the battery that was installed was a normal car battery and not a hybrid battery and it fried the hybrid engine battery didn't know this till a mechanic came to see my car and told me that and now Luis doesn't want to pick up any of our phone calls or avoid speaking to use because he's to busy with a client or he's not there as "nice" as he is when you have a problem he is no where to be found. I have to pay out of pocket to a KIA dealership to help me because this dealership GLADLY sells you a car but won't help you if you ever have a problem so save your money and don't buy a car here. The mechanic told us this was the 4th car from that dealership he has found MAJOR problems with. Update: No extended warranty was EVER offered if that was the case I would have purchase it because how often I was going to the dealership ever since I bought it. Try looking at the cameras and tell me if that's not true. All the phone calls I made and all the messages I left I have all the proof you guys need. I have all the receipts of all the times I did maintenance on my car so trying to blame me for whatever is going on with my car just shows how you guys don't care. A year and a half and my car is complete dead from the hybrid battery engine that you guys cried because you guys put in a "new battery" that fried the other battery and that's our fault? There I found out that this car has a pending O2 sensor code which means the dealership just removed the code without fixing the problem.Then when I got back, I got treated like straight shit. We communicated with their sales department and requested an out the door pricing for an SUV. We were attempting to do a cash purchase and wanted to verify the final bill. They automatically included a 'Theft Deterrent' of $999 which we requested to be removed in order to move forward. After the salesman came back they offered the 'Theft Deterrent' (Which we were told was Lojack) price could only be lowered to $595. Again we stated that we do not want Lojack on our vehicle and to have it removed. This 'Theft Deterrent' is not required by any law and they were unwilling to have it removed. Make sure you ask for the out the door pricing prior to purchasing and if they will not take the device off, I'd recommend walking away. In the end, we have decided to go to another location and purchase another SUV without this sales scam of including a 'must purchase' add-on. read more
