I have to say, I usually never have a pleasant experience at any Car Dealership, They're always pushy and sometimes condescending. But this time was different! I've been looking for a 3rd Generation Acura TL for a long time and Unique Auto Center Had the exact car I was looking for. I saw the car advertised online and when I texted about it, Moe was so patient with me. Since I live 1.5 hours away, I asked a 1000 questions and asked for pictures and CarFax and Moe was still patient and responsive. I appreciated his patience a lot. When I got to the dealership, Luis greeted me and quickly got me into the car for a test drive. The car drove Like-New for a 136,000 mile car. Interior is 10/10 (for the year) exterior 8/10 and mechanically it checked out with flying colors. It only needed your average 100,000 miles service such as Transmission Flush, timing belt and water pump. I'm enjoying this beautiful black/Black 05 Acura TL like no other. I proceeded to my car with my wife by my side and then the manager (Sam) came out asking me to give him the opportunity of getting me a better deal (keep in mind this was after 4 attempts inside to gave me a better deal) I declined and got into my car he came up to my car window and was insisting on me giving him the opportunity to give me a better deal to which I declined again. As I was pulling out he yelled at me "F....Off Fag..t.. ( very professional that's why I am writing this review for persons to be aware of this guy he is not professional at all, he acts like it but you can tell he is not by the cheap 20 dollar pair of sneakers and the fake screwed up smile. Looked online for a 2016 Lexus CT200H and went there to check it out and maybe buy.. first, when we inspected the car, the tires were bad and one of them was missing a big chunk. We got on the car to test drive and it wont start. They had to jump it. Mind you, I made an appointment couple of days ago for a head start. Once they had it jumped, there was no gas on the car and had to wait another 15 minutes to fill it up... once we got in, the dashboard indicated there was no key and the tire traction light was on. How much wrong can go on... we sat with Hernando and just to avoid the hustle with pricing, he did not even offer the best pricing they have.. Make sure to keep things documented with these people! Customer service was great the day I went in to purchase the car and the next two times I had to bring it in. What wasn't great was the fact that I had brought my car in about 3 times for the seat that was broken when I purchased the car and before I bought it was told that the seat would be fixed. All 3 times my car was there I mentioned how the seat kept coming off he said they "fixed it" but the second we would sit down on the driver seat or someone would sit in the back behind the driver seat it would immediately fall off. I kept telling him this and he never once said that it would need a seat replacement. Fast forward about 2 months after purchasing the car my alternator that was already supposed to be repaired from the previous time I brought it in on September 24th had already went out again? So when I did bring it in again I mentioned the seat and how it keeps falling off which he told me his mechanic did everything he could and I would need a ENTIRE new seat but why wasn't this mentioned the first THREE times I brought it in? And then wants to tell me to take care of it myself even though that was not promised when we purchased the car. He was extremely rude about it telling me to take accountability for my car when he couldn't even take accountability for what he said he was going to fix BEFORE purchasing the vehicle. Wanted to fight with me and try to compete with who was paying more when I asked about a rental car that was supposed to be there for me when I arrived for the alternator to be fixed a second time. I would not recommend buying vehicles from here. Also just wanted to mention the rental they gave me the first time they fixed my alternator was horrible and I ended up getting stranded on the side of the freeway because it was overheating. read more

Pros: Customer service. Luis answered all my questions prior to buying the car and even after. Nice variety of cars to choose from. And when i chose the car i wanted they made the process simple/stress free Cons: This is the main one for me. i would highly recommend having a multi-inspection on the vehicle you intend to buy regardless of what your told. My vehicle was/is under warranty so it wasn't a problem having it fixed but its the fact that i just bought the vehicle and already in the garage that bothers me. As i mentioned the car is still under warranty therefore i feel this should have been dealt with before putting it on the lot because this ends up being a burden to the customer. That being said, I would probably buy from them again but i would definitely have the car fully inspected locally before committing to it any further. read more

To start this off, I was shopping around for a used 07-09 328i Coupe BMW. I wanted the sports package... Not just a basic BMW... one that was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Six months of searching, nothing catches my eye and still searching... there usually black, white or silver... boring! I figured I'd check out a dealer with the peace of mind of buying something reliable. I find this beautiful 09 328i Coupe brown/grey/silver-ish bmw at this dealership an hour away from me. I emailed the dealership very late at night and got a response the very next morning from Melissa. I called her and got some info on the car and decided to come down and take a look at it. Considering the car was 10 years old you could expect a few nicks here and there.. this car was extremely clean inside and out! They were asking a reasonable price which I accepted! I told Melissa that I wanted a few things looked at/ replaced prior to purchasing the car, so I gave them a holding deposit. Two weeks later I get a text from Melissa saying the car is ready to go! I couldn't believe how beautiful the car was and very detailed! Very pleasant purchase, I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. I took off a day from work since I live 74 miles away,I figured it would a while to do all the paperwork since i thought i was buying the car. I arrived to the dealership and the salesman showed me the car I called about. I was so disappointed! The whole drivers side of the vehicle was poorly repainted/repaired. The air bag light was on. The check engine light was on I looked at the carfax report and it showed 2 accidents! I can go on and on about this piece of s... car.
