I will always give credit where credit is due. First of all let me start by saying that I was a little skeptical about unique collision however, they did their big one. I give them all five stars down to their communication and a job Well done I was rear ended about a month and a half ago and my Honda looks better than it did when I first bought it They even fixed up another little minor damage to my rear right side passenger door (i couldn't find before pics) I did not ask them to fix it nor was it included in the insurance claim, but they did it anyway and that to me is five star service. I am so pleased with finding Unique Collision. Elsa and Anna inside the office were so nice and gave a thorough quote. The office is clean and has drinks and a nice sitting area. I was promised my truck in 5 days and on the fifth day I got it back and it was PERFECT! The car was washed and detailed and nicer than the day I bought it. I was sick to my stomach when i dented the side of my truck and Unique Collision made it look brand new again. I thought their price was fair and now that I see how good the work is, I will refer them to everyone I know! Had to get my car fixed here after an accident in December 2020: 1. Yes, they (eventually) got the job done so I'll give them 2 stars. 2. This was in the middle of COVID and NONE of the staff were wearing masks. 3. My car was supposed to be ready by a particular date and I received NO communication from the business all day. When I called in the afternoon, they stated that it wouldn't be ready until 5 pm. This made it apparent that they had not gotten to my car like they promised several days ago. 3. I SPECIFICALLY pointed out an area that was supposed to be fixed in addition to the main part of my car that was affected. When I came to pick up my car, that part was not fixed. They asked me to wait about 30 more minutes for them to fix it. I ended up waiting over an hour, after the business was supposed to be closed. 4. When my car was finally finished, it was after 6 pm and had already gotten dark (it was December) and started raining. Just my luck, I get into another car accident as soon as I pull out of the body shop. As my car is totaled in the middle of the highway and I'm waiting for the police post-whiplash, the employees kept telling me to move my car into the body shop. ??? First of all....why would I move my car when it's TOTALED and I am supposed to stay put until the police come? Secondly, THIS ACCIDENT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOU. If this business had fixed my car appropriately and on-time like they were supposed to, I would have been home by 6 pm. 5. Unfortunately the consequences of a serious accident doesn't stop after the event. For the sake of other peoples lives, please - pay attention to the details and don't waste people's times waiting for something that was supposed to be completed before the customer arrives. Im lucky that I'm alive but over the past 6 months I've had to unwillingly buy a new car, deal with a personal injury lawsuit, and suffered ongoing PTSD from this accident. If this business had done the job right in the first place, the past few months would have been much MUCH less damaging to my life. read more

I used them initially because they were on the list for my insurance as a place to go but after using them I will use them whether on the insurance list or not! They were friendly, they explained everything thoroughly, they went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased with the final result. If I had a measure to give it would be a badge of honor for their professionalism and their caring nature. The office space was a bonus, it was very nice and decorated for the season with a soft setting of music playing. I highly recommend this place, you will too! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they promised my vehicle back in 2 weeks but I got it back in 1 week! I'm amazed because there was a LOT of damage, this may not be a typical turn time but they knew I did not have a rental car so without me knowing, they got it done as fast as they could. The best service I've had at a body repair shop. We've used them twice in the past year and then my car was hit by a piece of pipe on I-10 and I knew exactly who to come to again for service. Elda and Ana are fabulous with customer service and the rest of the staff are kind and do excellent work. Caesar and Frank are very informative and helpful in the office too. My Dakota pickup is repaired to like-new condition where the damage occurred, and the staff was very responsive to my concerns. Used them on insurance claims and fixing older cars out-of-pocket. Once I made the mistake of letting the insurance company direct me to a big dealership-attached body shop. Never again.
