While they were fully booked they gave me a time to come in to be seen. I was forever grateful for their kindness. I was the last patient at the end of a very busy day for this office. Dr. McGough and her assistant could not have been more upbeat and pleasant. When it was determined that I needed a root canal, they happily stayed late until they finished me at 6:45 PM. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I have had other root canals done here with various other doctors and they all have the same work ethic and amazing patient care. I had a lot of anxiety going into getting fillings done (due to prior fillings at other dental offices I had horrible experiences). They were great! They turned on the TV to help distract me, talked me through the steps, gave me topical numbing medication, and then gave me novocaine. I couldn't even feel the novocaine injection. And then next thing I knew it was done! The dentist and assistant were wonderful. Now I don't fear the dentist anymore. Happily recommend to everyone!

Bond came off the next day and I went back and they rushed the job and it fell off again the next day. They fixed it the third time, but billed me for the addition visit. I called and they explained they don't use the term 'done incorrectly' and that additional fee was for another examination, which would have not been necessary had they done it right the first time. Thinking back on my experience with Mansfield Dental I also had gum surgery which felt rushed and cost 3k to have my gums still left exposed. This place is a machine to bill you and your insurance as much as possible, rather than prioritize the health of your teeth.
