What was ordered was Not Close to what this florist shop delivered. There was a clear picture on Ava's website of what should be included and missing was the Flowering plant (with matching bow) and the green plants weren't in a dish- just 4 green plants in tiny pots stuffed into a leftover Easter basket. (delivery was the week after Easter) The basket is warped on the bottom and does not even sit flat on the counter! This florist should be ashamed for what they delivered and should not be doing business with the Ava's Flowers group which is a scam!!! I have heard of others being fooled by this 'Sponsored' ad when a google search is done.

It was GRACE UNDER PRESSURE for sure, as they worked their magic around the reception dining tables, entryway, special display and food tables, and outdoor patio ceremony site. There was a large metal arch that had been beautifully bedecked with fresh arrangements on it, and it was an exceedingly windy day. Despite the difficult conditions, they completed the entire set-up on time and absolutely beautifully. The flowers were focal to every space for this wedding, and they did a brilliant job! Madi--the designer--created a beautiful bouquet and was very professional in her dealings with me. The owner (Emilie) however, was cold and unreasonable when my delivery went awry. The presentation that had been planned was ruined, when the flowers were delivered to the person we were trying to surprise, hours before anyone even knew if she would be successful at the milestone that we hoped to celebrate. Multiple times I contacted Smith's to ask whether they could offer me a partial refund, in acknowledgement of their mistake. The owner did not respond, despite having my contact information. When I did finally got her on the phone, she was defensive and took no responsibility for what had happened. I would be very hesitant to entrust her with an important family event, like a wedding or funeral.
