I was in town on business and needed a couple hundred copies made. Not knowing the area, I visited the first big name I could find: Staples. I went to Unique Copy Center to get high quality copies of my artwork made. I wanted the art to look perfect, as I was copying it to sell, and Giovanni was so nice and patient, and let me test print with a few different weights of paper and finishes until I found exactly what I wanted, and even did a test print of each piece of art, so I knew how it would look before I paid for it. They also scanned my work and shared the files, and they looked a million times better than when I tried to DIY scan them at FedEx - so I've been able to use the awesome scanned pics for my website. Every where we reached out to said this was too short of notice and that it required an additional rush fee. When I reached out to Adam, he responded within ten minutes, confirmed he could print and deliver within 24 hours without an additional fee, and worked with us to ensure he understood us correctly.
