First, the girls working were all kind. My waxer maintained conversation throughout the entire waxing process to help distract from what I'd think would be a pretty painful & uncomfortable process for most people (I have a pretty high pain tolerance). My first negative was the fact that they never took the time to explain to me what in the world was going on and what I needed to do post-wax. Thankfully, I'm a researcher, so I had a good idea of what to expect walking into my appointment, but my waxer didn't explain a single aspect of the wax to me - just went ahead and started, despite clarifying it was my first wax. When I was leaving, they handed me a couple mini aftercare products and said bye. I wasn't bold enough to ask what they were because I felt very much like I was being rushed out, so again, I researched and determined a good course of action. I feel as though if you have someone who is coming for a first wax, you really need to be clear what is going on and especially what the aftercare process should look like, you don't want them to mess anything up! My second biggest complaint is the amount of bruising I have! Unfortunately I can't upload pictures of this because of the location (bikini wax), but it is pretty significant. Also based on research, I think this could be due to the technique used by my waxer that led to this not being the best experience (not making the skin taut, rewaxing the same area, etc.). Had I known these things in advance I would have spoken up, but here we are :( One suggestion I'd make to this place would be to also figure out a way to make the rooms slightly more private. They have the layout of the waxing rooms with the waxing tables/beds facing so that, if laying down, your legs/private area is facing towards the door. I mention this because, if the door opens for any reason, you would be completely exposed to the brows/lashes area of the salon. My waxer stepped out of the room and asked me to remove my underwear and lay on the table, but I wasn't comfortable doing that until she was back in the room with me, knowing that the door would swing open and I'd be exposed to who knows how many people! Probably worth considering switching the tables to another wall to protect the privacy of the clients!! However, one of the perks of this place was that they treated my service dog with so much kindness. They were very welcoming and had no issues whatsoever with her coming into the business. I'm always so thankful for places that are accommodating of ADA like this!!

I made an appointment on-line (all services are by appointment only) and Amanda responded back within 30 minutes to confirm! On the day of my visit Amanda was pleasant and conversational (which was a nice distraction from the waxing!). She was quick and made the process as painless as could be expected for any hair removal. I was in and out in about 7 minutes! I'll be back! Tip: Amanda prefers to have services paid in cash. If a card is all you've got, be prepared for a $1 service charge.

She sees all manner of hoo-ha daily. So...I said the hell with it, flung my pants off, and she went to work. Conversation flowed easily, there was laughter, and before I knew it the hair was gone. It wasn't completely painless...but it was my first time after all. It wasn't the most painful thing I've experienced at all. It was over in under half an hour. I was give tips on after care as well. I could not be more pleased with my decision, and I will definitely be returning!

Steph worked with me so my colors were matched perfectly and to bring out all my best qualities. The facial was amazing and included a jelly mask that I already want again. I definitely felt like a queen on my wedding day due to Steph! Can't wait to get another facial! She also did makeup for my SIL and MIL the day of and made them feel beautiful with out judgement of their makeup knowledge. Also, have to send a shout out to Danielle, who styled my MIL's hair. She had styles picked out to see what would work best for my MIL and the hair turned out gorgeous and held through out a super windy day. It was a spur of the moment thing, as being a mom you don't get much time to take care of yourself. They were able to get me on the schedule with Abby the same day! It was my first time ever doing lash extensions and Abby was so understanding. I had no idea what I would like. we are learning together! I picked something out of some photos she showed me. BEAUTIFUL WORK, VERY WELL DONE! As I am brand new to this, Abby assured me that if I had any issues or didn't feel that it was "me" then I could come back within the first week and have anything adjusted or fixed. Her work was stunning! I wanted to make a few tweaks since I am still figuring out what I like FOR ME, she was quick to work me in her schedule. AGAIN, what she did originally was beautiful and held very strong (I sleep on my left side so I expected to lose lashes the first night but they were still just as beautiful the next day) She made the adjustments I asked for and I LOVE THEM!! They are stunning! she even added a nice pop of color for me with no hesitation. Abby is an amazing lash artist. I will forever be a customer as long as she will have me. She is very good at educating after care. She is very sweet. I SWEAR I could talk her ear of giving her my whole life story, as comfortable as she made me sitting there. The time flew by! **I want to make it clear: I went back for adjustments and additions because of ME, not her! I knew to this and she did exactly what I asked for. and with only a few changes, she did an amazing job changing the shape to what I was feeling better suits me. I decided to do a brow tint with Abby because I didn't want my invisible brows taking away the beauty of the lashes. My brows exist but for some reason they've decided to go blonde!!! she did very well picking the right color and she shaped them amazing as well. Nothing over dramatic, just simple as I asked. they look amazing together with my lashes. This place is highly recommended and very fair priced compared to other places who over price for mediocre work. Abby is one of the few that SHOULD be charging more for such high quality work. She pays attention to the fine, smallest detail. She will blow you away!
