I will also note: wanted me to make appoint "online" (I called) it was like I was "bothering" her to make the appointment over the phone.. Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. UPDATE: SLANDEROUS, MALICIOUS and DEFAMATORY response below is baseless in their claim(s).. seems all negative reviews are attacked until they are removed but I am choosing not to be bullied into doing so.. hence, they will hav to be made to correct their LEGALLY DAMAGING AND PERSECUTORY REMARKS.. (but hey Im a blonde and cant add right..) all I know is I charged money and gav cash money totalling over $8O.. like $85 and still the haircut (a Trim!) was awful when I got home and tried to style it the next day.. The online scheduling was super easy and you get a lot of reminders, so you can't possibly forget your appointment. This salon is located in a building with a collection of tiny beauty shops and such, which confused me a bit at my first visit. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.

Based on my experience I feel that there are better places in the Indianapolis area worth your money. They also have continuing education for the stylists so they can hone their skills. The higher the level of the stylist, which is listed on their site, the higher the base pay. I guess when you make your appointment, you could ask what the base pay of that particular stylist will be. Prices on par for a salon that makes you look nice. Refreshments are available upon request. Beautiful venue and always clean. Every now and then i get an email where they put on a fun event or provide a discount special for the holidays or charity event. I've seen wine and canvas and couple massage packages. My mom finally told them she would at least come in for the pedicure portion of the SPA day and they did a horrible job on her feet.
