    A sign of gratitude.

It's not that bad when you have status. The regional jets are painfully small - the seats don't fit my seat and you have to stoop to relieve yourself in the cramped toilet. Do yourself a favor and take care of business before you board. Chaos ensues when there is a cancellation; rebooking with gate agents should be your last resort. Pick up your phone it is always faster.

Trip change with refund for change in departure flight but return flight missing.

If I could do no stars, I would. This is long, bear with me. I booked a trip to see my elderly grandparents in ND from ID. I booked the trip and once I booked it, I saw that there was a cheaper departure flight which consisted of more layovers and a later arrival time but I wanted to save the money so I switched flights and got a confirmation of the flight change. when I looked closer, the return flight from my layover in Denver to id was no longer on my itinerary. I called customer service and after "being put on hold" which consisted of loud banging around and talking to co workers, I was told that I canceled my return flight. I explained I didn't do anything with my return flight, just the departing flight. after going around in circles, I asked for a cancellation confirmation email and she said she wasn't able to do that. I eventually just got fed up and hung up as we were getting nowhere and I didn't want to let my frustrations out on her. I decided to go to the actual airport so I could show the confirmation emails and such and on my way there, I got a call back from united reservations. it was a supervisor who was completely condescending who I eventually hung up on as well as she could not send any confirmation on the "cancellation". at the airport they were also no help and their help desk was unable to assist as it wasn't a "day of" issue. I was refunded 92 dollars when I switched departure flights. I booked my flight last night and they said they could book the return flight now for 170 dollars. What a f***ing joke! I will never do business with them again.

    Unrstaed at United!!

Always delayed and the attendants could care less! Boise people apathetic. One can never rely on United airlines!

Worst airline I've ever been on. They make me paid for the smallest carry on bag I have. Never use this airline.

Aeromexico Airlines offers travelers a range of services designed to make every stage of the journey more convenient and manageable. From planning a trip and selecting flights to navigating the airport and reaching the final destination, the overall travel experience involves many important details. For business travelers, families, and individuals traveling for leisure, having access to flexible options and helpful services can make a significant difference. Travel Options Designed for Different Needs Every journey is different, and travelers may have different priorities when arranging their flights. Some passengers focus on convenient schedules, while others may look for cabin comfort, connecting flights, baggage options, or services that fit their individual plans. A well-organized travel experience can help passengers manage these details with greater confidence before departure. Whether the journey involves an important business trip, a family vacation, or a long-awaited visit to another destination, careful planning can make the overall experience smoother. Reviewing travel details in advance and understanding available options can also help passengers prepare for changes or unexpected situations. Comfort Throughout the Journey The experience of flying is not limited to reaching a destination. The time spent at the airport and onboard can also play an important role in how passengers remember their trip. Comfortable seating options, onboard services, entertainment, refreshments, and other available amenities can contribute to a more pleasant journey. For longer flights, travelers may particularly value opportunities to relax, work, enjoy entertainment, or simply take a break from their usual routine. Different cabin experiences and service options allow passengers to choose arrangements that best match their travel preferences and requirements. Support When Travel Plans Change Travel plans do not always remain exactly as scheduled. Weather conditions, personal circumstances, changing schedules, and other unexpected events can sometimes require travelers to review or modify their arrangements. In these situations, clear information and appropriate customer assistance can be important. Passengers should always review their reservation details and use official Virgin atlantic channels when they need assistance with bookings, flight changes, cancellations, baggage questions, or other travel-related matters. Checking the latest information directly through official sources can help ensure that passengers receive accurate guidance for their specific reservation. An Experience Beyond the Flight A complete travel experience includes more than the time spent in the air. Airport check-in, security preparation, boarding, connections, baggage collection, and arrival at the final destination are all part of the journey. Efficient planning and clear communication can help reduce unnecessary stress during these different stages. Travelers may also benefit from reviewing baggage allowances, check-in requirements, travel documents, and flight updates before leaving for the airport. Taking a few minutes to prepare these details in advance can make the journey easier to manage. Making Every Journey More Memorable Air travel connects people with business opportunities, family members, new destinations, and important experiences. For some passengers, a flight is simply transportation, while for others it represents the beginning of a major event, vacation, or personal milestone. A successful journey often comes from combining careful preparation with reliable travel information and services that support the passenger from departure through arrival. By planning ahead, staying informed, and using official resources when assistance is needed, travelers can focus more on the purpose of their trip and enjoy the experience along the way. For reservation 1888 263 0804 or customer-service assistance, use Aeromexico Airlines' official website or verified contact channels rather than an unverified phone number."

Over the years…read moretheir service has been incredible, their family first boarding is a life saver, and although I never check in bags- that was a nice perk. Last year my family did a trip to Kauai via Southwest and they made it so easy. This year we did a trip to Boise and it was a nightmare. First off, the assigned seating makes no sense. We were either in the back row and in class 3 or in the front of the plane and in group 8. Made it very hard to put our bags away. They took away their family boarding which meant we had to walk down the tiny aisle with toddlers, multiple bags and multiple car seats hitting other passengers as we made our way down ( it just makes no sense because you have assigned seating- just let me have some extra time to settle). The lady at the gate check gave me hell with our carseat although it was a Cosco ( airplane approved). Then on the plane, the steward told us to put my daughter rare facing and I thought it was a new regulation- so I followed. Then halfway through the ride, another stewardess came out telling us that in good faith she can't let us fly this way and made us relocate in the middle of turbulence which caused my kid to get scared and start screaming. On our return trip, they also told us at the check in counter that our bags were fine, but prior to boarding they made me check in my bag due to space issues. But on the plane there was plenty of overhead space available. To put a cherry on top of everything, our steward ( who may have never been on a plane before) brought our drinks to the wrong aisle 5 minutes before landing and poured the tomato juice mix all over the poor guy sitting in the aisle seat. I'd still love to fly Southwest, but after this experience, I'm far more likely to shop around.
