    This review is based only on my check in experience. I had a good 4 hours to kill before my flight so fambam decided to check in all my bags early. This was a great idea because who wants to be rushing through a brunch... My GodNephew (who is the resident in this state) advised it shouldn't take long since "Boise Airport is rarely crowded." It sure didn't look like it was when we got there. Parked at the curb. I told Big Bro to wait about 20 seconds confident it would take longer to walk in toward the SWA counter than the actual check-in process. Big Bro declined and said, "Nope. We're gonna go around." (Good decision. There were a couple of squad cars ahead.) GodNephew and I walked in and sure enough, a few of the kiosks were open. I didn't get the chance to use any of them, though, since their attendant decided to just help me directly. He took my last name, tagged my bags, verified my identity and, "Thank you for flying Southwest! Have a great flight!" Walked out of there less than a minute. I should have taken that attendant's name. He really was efficient. All airlines should be like this ALL THE TIME! (I'm dreaming, I know, but WHO KNOWS! It could still happen!)

    the flight attendant told me to put my bag all the way under the seat in front of me, so i did. my bag was so full and huge. he told me to push it farther for takeoff, i tried but it wouldn't go any farther. when he returned again, he grabbed my bag, and threw if in the overhead bin. when he did, he dropped my water bottle on my arm and i now have a huge bruise. he was the worst part of my flight. he didn't even care that it happened. no apology nothing. just flat out walked away. i so wish i saw his name tag because i never want to fly southwest again. here is a picture of a week later.

    Boise Idaho south west airlines, airport wise the food is terrible no flavor somewhat over priced. Terrible service, terrible flight delay,terrible communication, racist behavior, and overall a terrible experience for my track & field team! Our school is considering not using their services anymore after today. The customer service is also rude and very disappointing very unsatisfactory rating

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this Southwest Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, , lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future.
