I have traveled out of this airport my entire life, and arriving 45-60 minutes before an early morning flight has always been sufficient. Instead of offering any assistance, the employee working the counter, Jen, refused to take our bags and was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. Rather than trying to help or explain our options professionally, she harassed my husband and me and treated us with complete disrespect. When we asked to rebook our flight, Jen refused to help us with that as well. We had to find another employee who was willing to assist us. I understand that airlines have policies and deadlines, but customer service still matters. Jen showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into an incredibly frustrating experience. She was incredibly patient as we shifted our itineraries and asked her to create new versions. She found what appear to be great-looking hotels that were centrally located and in our price range. We don't take the trip for a few months, so I can't comment on how everything actually turned out, but the up-front service was great. She really took the pain out of planning this trip!!

After 10 mins, I called again and a man picked up. He told me they are "FULL for the night" and gave me a 3rd party taxi cab phone number. Horrible experience. I have never had a taxi company that denies service and is full. They must be a very small company. Nonetheless, never again. Unreliable.
