    Great Bag Drop Off! Very Friendly Attendants. United is quick and reliable. It was 6am and there were 5 staff members working to ensure folks were getting processed swiftly. It's spring break so well done United.

    Every flight seems to be delayed, but what makes it worse is the nasty chicken breast and quinoa meal in economy. AVOID IT. it's cold chicken breast with no flavor and served on bland quinoa. I think people who think milk is spicy may love it. I flew SFO-IAH and there is no meal served on this flight so I got the cinnamon roll. I wasn't expecting Cinnabon or anything but I'll upload what is on United's website and what I got and you be the judge.

    It's not pleasant to be fussed at by a flight attendant over something that isn't your fault upon boarding a flight. Who would place a fire extinguisher in a passenger's overhead cabin and expect for them to NOT stow their carry-on on top of it? Such a genius!!! Based on body language alone, the flight attendant either chose the wrong day to fly or is in desperate need of a vacation. She appeared as of she was operating on a short fuse. I wasn't the only one she snapped at before take off. And let's not talk about the moment I was stuck in the lavatory during my return to Florida. That was the scariest moment ever! Hoping and praying that crap doesn't fly everywhere if an emergency landing was necessary. LOL! Thank Goodness for the only attendant on the entire flight. She got me out of the lavatory as quick as possible and went back to performing her normal duties. The best moments of the United Airlines' flights was soaring through clouds of marshmallows, biscottis, and apple juice. Have you ever flew through a cloud of marshmallows? It looks delicious.

    My experience with United Airlines was a good one. Flight was on time and the airplane was clean and the service was good. I was traveling to Minnesota for work trip and had to catch a connecting flight in Chicago. I barely had enough time to get off the plane use the ladies room and make it to the next gate within five minutes of the airplane door closing. I have never traveled through Chicago O'Hare Airport and boy is it huge! There was some construction going on which made getting through the airport challenging but that has nothing to do with United. The important thing was I arrived safely to my destination with no hiccups.

    direct flight - kiosks outdated and not open, refused to print out boarding pass at ~35 min prior to take out despite TSA precheck . Waited in line, had junior staff member stumble and waste 10-15 additional minutes, adjacent staff was apathetic, the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an airlines, supervisor repeated "sir you missed your flight when I was asking "how do I get there now." Staff was more interested in negative rhetoric than solutions. Also check my online receipt hat focus on ADD ONS instead of common things like ONLINE CHECK IN that could have avoided this situation. You have to download the glitchy delta app to have the option for online checkin that is less advertised than upgrades. I will never fly UNITED again if there is a competing airline flight. Vote with your wallet - poorly managed businesses should go under. Book with United if you want a horrible start to your vacation. Update on the second flight after the layover ( they had to book two flights to get to my original destination ) there was a gate change in Houston plus last minute seat changes which delayed the flight about 20 min. I had front row seats of the complications of this move including boarding tickets that were not up to date IN THE PLANE and not corrected PRIOR TO BOARDING, which meant that it was not uncommon for two persons to have the same seat number. It caused a lot of arguing amongst the passengers, flight delay, and I had to watch the crew instruct an elderly lady to "refresh your app" for the correct seat number. UNITED AIRLINES, THE WALMART OF THE SKY.

    Checked in at the United Premiere line to check a bag. There was no line and an open computer kiosk. I had already checked in the day before via the United app on my iPhone 6 - so the system found my ticket and processed everything. United agent came over, verified my identity, slapped the tag information on my bag and I was on my way!

    The united terminal area at Jacksonville. Is way better than Newark or a big airport. The staff was very nice to me. I did feel bad for this guy he was kinda being yelled at by the united gate girl. She was moody. But. Everyone was friendly with me. Staff was nice. Every time I'm on a united flight it's overbooked. Same thing here. They actually were giving away a $1400 credit plus free transfer to the next flight. Overall. The airport is nice. The staff was fine with me. I will be flying back to Jax via united. Only airline who flys direct from Newark.

    This has been going on for hours!! Never ever fly @UnitedAirlines @UA. The worst ever and with the least clout. Their little "express" planes are not theirs-they are contracted out with smaller carriers so they are the first to get grounded, delayed, cancelled and horrible service. I always fly @Southwest but they have fee direct flights here. United is synonymous with Nightmare Travel

    Easy kiosk to check your bag before dropping, can print boarding passes at the kiosk as well. Fastest part of our time at Jax airport today!

    First trip with an unaccompanied and this was a hassle. They were too worried about missing bags at the gate rather than taking care of us.

    it was a okay flight a bit bumpy landing and take off but fine we had to wait 20 minutes before getting to our gate because it was "taken"

    The good: The people that work at Jacksonville airport have always been friendly and helpful…read moreacross the board. That applies everywhere. It's a fairly easy airport to navigate and typically get in and out of on any given day. There are solid restaurant and shop choices while you wait. The bad: There's less direct flights than you would find at other Florida airports like Orlando or Tampa. On a recent visit, we were going away for 5 days, and wanted to park in economy parking. We used the website, saw that it was only at 85% capacity, arrived very early, saw open spots in economy parking but all of the lots were shut down. We had to move to short term which is much more expensive and there's zero guidance as to where parking is available and the guidance given is wrong. This made for an en extremely stressful experience trying to make our flight. I can't imagine how tough it must have been for those flying out later that day.

Once I made it to the counter it was a painless process of showing my id and weighing my bag- I was moving on within minutes. Once at the gate our boarding was delayed for reasons unknown. I didn't sit in my seat until our scheduled take off time- even though everything kept saying "on time"~ that being said- the pilot got us on the ground just 10 minutes past our scheduled time- not bad! I did like our flight attendant Cory- he was friendly and patient~ all of the attendants seemed very nice and didn't fluster at the customers who were slow to follow directions. My patience was up with the guy in my aisle while Cory did an excellent job keeping his nice smile on~ put the phone down and pay attention! lol This airline can be extremely cheap to fly- but can also nickle and dime you for everything- carry on bags, checked bags (weight limit is 40lbs- not the standard 50!!!), printing tickets at the airport, seat selection, snacks in flight~ you name it- you'll pay for it! BUT~ if you hit it right, you can fly for half the price of other airlines! Read the guidelines- install the app on your phone for easier ticketing and be patient! You'll do just fine flying Allegiant.

When we arrived early for our return flight we waited at an empty baggage check counter for 30 minutes for staff to arrive, then when we were called up we were told we had to wait another hour because we were not allowed to check our bag until it was on their appropriate time not ours. Front desk staff were extremely rude when explaining this too. Next time I'll spend the $100 I saved and fly Southwest or Delta

    Today was my first time flying Breeze Airlines. It is a near full 4 hour flight that turned into…read morenearly 5 hours due to dodging storms along the way home. Not a horribly lengthy flight, yet still too long. Somehow, overnight, the departure time was lengthened by 15 minutes. Once we arrived to the airport, it was delayed again twice, to equal another 25-30 minutes. Typical, but not a good first impression! Boarding the plane became chaotic because few people could understand what the Breeze employee was saying. She seemed to want to eat the microphone when speaking into it. Once on board the flight, the attendants had to stay seated for the first hour of the 5 hour flight because it was too bumpy. Once through the turbulence, they got up to serve drinks. Your choice was water or ice water. Anything else, they charged for. No snacks were handed out. I asked one of the attendants if they had a blanket because my husband was cold, but really wanted to rest his head on it while he tried to sleep. They had no blankets of any sort, so they said. There were several young babies on the flight who were quite vocal about their being uncomfortable! I was taken aback when one of the flight attendants shouted fairly loudly 'Give 'em a bottle! Give 'em a pacifier! Give 'em a boob!' That was rude & unethical as well as uncalled for! It is definitely not her place to be instructing passengers on how to quiet their kids who have no control over how they feel about flying. It was not the best of flights home from vacation.... But still happy to be back home and in my own bed!!!

This trip was a scenic ride from Jacksonville to Orlando for a day trip. I have to say that this experience was very nice and peaceful. I took my mom who had a great time. It was so nice not have to hassle through with luggage or go through a ton of security to ride the train. It is super convenient to be able to take your luggage on the train. I also have to mention that the price for a round trip ticket was fantastic. I will say the Jacksonville train station does look a little outdated, but I would happily use this place again to avoid traffic down to Orlando.

    These folks punched a hole in my Amtrak box,took some thing out of it like my Victoria secret…read moreperfume.I had a lay over that wen to long I decided not to continue my trip,my box made it to the Amtrack station ,2 days a\later my mom drove in and when the she picked up the box it was broken.It had are missing items but I let it go...Funny thing is the prior station had convinced me against my will to put my things in a $5 AMTRAK approved box and put it the cargo because my suitcase zipper was wanky but suitcase was goo I want it to wrap it in plastic wrap which I do just to protect the life of the suitcase.Anyways I went along with it, trip was a mess and I ended up getting stuck in native stop 1 day and another 2 days at another one which never happen before with Amtrack in any part of the country.I discontinued my trip took a bus midway back home because it was just insane the way the trip was going.My box had ended in Jax station ,my entire trip seems hijacked including my I PAD being taken while I feel asleep in the train,while waiting for it I had to stop my trip and decided to cancel it.It was horrible ,I think Amtrak is okay for 2-4 trips but not to cross country and state lines it's not safe and stations are not always conveniently located near hotels,motels,restaurants and reliable transit in case of delays.RENT A CAR IF YIU MEED TO GO OUT OF STATE,SIGHTSEEING THE COUNTRY, AND DO NOT WANT TO GO IN AIRPLANES.

    First time JetBlue flyer! Took a short, non-stop flight from JAX to FLL and although my departure…read moreflight was delayed 30 minutes from boarding, I had a great experience. Never have I ever been on a flight that was delayed where the pilot came out and spoke in detail about the reason for the delay, what was done by the maintenance team, and what will happen next. Not only that but he detailed his years of flight experience, including maintenance experience, and time in the AirForce to express his confidence in flying the aircraft based on the results of the maintenance teams work. Lastly, Capt Mark Mitchell (Flight 17) spoke on the importance of us getting to our friends family and shared that to JetBlue all passengers are family. This was such a kind gesture. Once we were ready to take off, we had a longer delay waiting for FAA clearance. At this point, I would have arrived sooner if I had driven but it is what it is. For such a short flight, an economy ticket was sufficient. Surprisingly the seats were comfortable and spacious!! I'm 5'0" on a good day but these seat would be comfortable for a much taller person to stretch out their legs. The flight attendants were friendly and the cabin was clean and new. My return flight could easily cause this review to go from a 5 to a 2... the crew is not the issue. The planes are the issue!! We departed from the gate for an on time departure. We taxied down the runway then the Captain comes on board and says "we must return to the gate because the computers stopped working so maintenance needs to take a look at the issue." The flight was delayed an hour. We arrived in Jax safe and sound. I did witness flight attendants personally go to passengers with certain flights and layovers that may be impacted by the delay or the weather to provide options. Many decided to deplane for later flights. Again, this shows that JetBlue does care about their passengers.

Not a care in the world for any of us .. they didn't offer food , water or try to get us out after 7 hours ! After midnight the pilot used excuses and told us we are stuck and will have to see when s flight leaves the following day.... Well after 22 hours and no updates , we jumped on a greyhound after booking a hotel on our own expense to get home ! JetBlue ticketing , customer service agents and flight crew all deserve to be fired and passengers reimbursed !
