In one case, when my car was totaled, the previous owner actually found a replacement vehicle for me up in Morgan UT and drove me there to pick it up. These people go above and beyond. They also did a repair of my rear sensor for $40 when the dealer wanted $1200 for a new rear bumper. They also helped my son-in-law get a replacement rear window for his Expedition at a fraction of the cost from a dealer. What they didn't tell me is that they charge 500.00 for that 'benefit'. they have an anti-theft perk if I bought from them. what they didn't tell me is that was going to cost me 300.00. They also have this great windshield program that if my windshield breaks, they will replace it. That great program was a mere 1500.00 to cover a 5 year period. In my paperwork, I received the registration form for the windshield replacement program, but not the actual warranty. Here I am a year later checking into it, and had to call and argue with the finance guy to give me the warranty details. It turns out, it isn't an insurance, it is a product that they apply on the windshield. They choose to 'fix' the windshield and have pre approved glass providers I have to go to. I already have windshield coverage for my vehicles and they insisted that normal windshield coverage would not cover this expensive windshield. Not true. When I finally got the windshield warranty, there are so many exclusions it will be nearly impossible to collect. I admit, I should have read every bit of information before signing and required written explanation on every concern or question. That is clearly on me. However in the buying process, most people trust that the dealership is honest, laws protect the consumer, or 'I'll read everything when I get home because it takes so long". I no longer trust dealerships, and maybe never should have. They tell have truths, and omit information for the customer to make an informed decision. buyer beware.

The time at the dealership was quick and we got to drive it home about an hour after we got to the dealership. Then I had some back news where Tyacke was able to come in and go above and beyond. The next day I brought it home - the truck would not start up. I was devastated as I was really excited about the vehicle. I knew that a used car dealer had no obligation to help when I bought a 30yr old car as is. I reached out to Chris just to let him know what was going on and how I felt. Chris offered to take the car and look at it for me and found that there was a huge issue with the engine. What shocked me is that he gave me an option at that point - we could undo the sale and I could go on my merry way - or they could help get it running again with a new engine they located. I chose to trust Chris and see how far the repair path would go, I really wanted this thing running again! It took longer than either of us expected but. This went above and beyond to be fair throughout the process even covering payments for the car while it was in the shop for a few months. While the process was a few months, I got my truck back running better than ever! I think it can be hard to find people with integrity and looking to do the right thing for customers and the community - Chris and Tyacke have it all.
