My concern was that the unit would be too heavy for me to lift. He showed me the unit and showed me how I could remove the tank to make it a little bit lighter. I tried lifting it and found I could. I rented it on the spot. The machine was in excellent condition and easy to use. I'm glad I rented it. I've worked with this location in the past, which is why I called them in the first place. I've always had a very good experience with them. This time was no exception.

Business hours state 8:00 opening. They were not there until 8:30. Clearly stated he gets there when "he wants". Got nasty with my husband, cussing, dropping f-bombs and threw my husband out of the store. Yes, there are perks to owning your own business. However BASIC customer service is key. I thought he was going to use it just to lift it (they're very heavy), so we could then pull it into the vehicle at a better height. I went around to the second-row seats to assist in pulling it into the car, but they employee helping told me not to. Long story short, he proceeded to use the forklift to actually put this into my car. One of the forks ripped the fabric on the back seat, and actually went through it. I couldn't see this while it was happening as the bounce house was in the way but saw it after I got home and took out the bounce house. My husband called them to see if they would rectify the situation, there was a lot of run-arounds and no resolution. My husband offered to fix it himself if they bought the materials to do so as this would cost 200 instead of the 800$ that we were quoted. They agreed. He has called them multiple times since, and not getting return calls. So moral of the story- They're not personable or easy to work with, nor with they repair any damages they cause to your vehicle when loading it. I expected some dirt from the bounce house given I only had the SUV to pick it up with, not damage to the seat.

The customer service we received was very confusing and with the outside tent, we really were not sure what all pieces we needed. When they arrived to set everything up early, they forgot a couple pieces and had to drive back to get items which was a multiple hour ordeal. PLUS I had requested tent sides, they didn't bring them, and had to get those as well. A few of the guys who arrived to set everything up were nice, but the main contact on the ground was quite rude and not great to work with. One of the tables had a leg that didn't work so we didn't even use that one. This place has affordable pricing, but not great customer service and not great explanation of everything you will need.
