My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the all the staff from the front desk lady ( tank you for allowing me drop off my rim 1 hour before they even opened) for prompt response and keeping me informed, all the way to the wheel specialist which besides being able to fix 2 bends in my 3 piece HRE wheel in the SAME DAY he also installed the new tire and fixed another leak which was around my sensor. He also welded another crack on another wheel that I brought in, which he fixed while I was waiting for a few minutes there. Great customer service and great work at a very reasonable price !
