It was super easy to schedule an appointment via text and they were flexible when I needed to change times. The shop was easy to find and located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking. The employees are friendly and I promptly met Jade who provided my demo. I liked that there was not a ton of paperwork to complete before or after the appointment and that they did not do a "hard" sell to pressure you to enroll that day or lose enrollment discounts (a tactic I experienced at iLoveKickboxing in Orland Park). I didn't actually like that all clients are in one big room together, so you can see and hear what's happening with others during your session. The demo stretch was good and I can see how it could make a difference going consistently over a period of time. It is a bit pricey for the average person if you want a weekly 50-minute session, but there are other options available. Overall a good experience.

Do not waste your time here. They just rip you off. I joined a training program then came down with…read morea medical issue. I brought them a note from my doctor stating that I could not continue with the sessions and requested them to cancel it. Unknown to me they did not cancel it and continued to charge my card. I only found out when they contacted me that my card expired and I needed to provide them a new card. When I contacted them they said they did not have a cancellation form attached to my file so it wasn't cancelled. I'm sorry but I do not work there and had no knowledge of any form. I requested a refund and was told they would not comply. I guess legal action is next since the amount they took would qualify as a felony.
