The store has a small parking lot, accessible via one-way streets nearby, so you may have to circle around the block to get in. The store is fairly large. FedEx staff always seem to be more helpful and happy than I'd expect. Their products (journals, tape, office supplies) are always overpriced. But it offers the same self-serve printing ($.70 for color or $.25 for black and white) and laminating ($2.75 per) that I mostly use.

Considering a professional poster that cost almost $70, I expected the courtesy plastic tube that FedEx used to provide. They apparently don't offer that anymore, which is a massive downgrade in quality that they seriously need to reconsider bringing back. Maybe the employees are upset over the ANTI-UNION policies at FedEx... ‍ Thankfully, there was a kind older gentleman working there who stepped in and neatly packed my premium poster in a box. I was trying to print off 18 copies of a PDF Document for a Super Bowl Party I'm hosting, and I was told to email the document to their email. I do that, and it comes back up as an "Error." So, I kindly ask the lady working at the front (who was incredibly rude btw) for help, and she said, "oh you're suppose to get an email back saying it was delivered." So, I check and it still says "error" and I show her and she goes, "oh, that's never happened before." and proceeded to look at me like I had 3 heads. Uhm, ok. So then she said, "you can send from a different email." And of course, that didn't work. So I proceeded to ask for help, and she completely ignored me. The other man working did the same too. So, she didn't say sorry or nothing. She just added that never happens. Uhm I'm not technically challenged like she might be, so I know that is bull sh*t. Never ever ever COME HERE again. I swear, UPS Workers are always rude to everyone anyways. What a JOKE. Now I'm walking 20 min away to The Post Office. Thanks for nothing, UPS!

Located right on SW 5th near the PSU area, it's an easy and convenient place to ship pre-paid UPS…read morelabeled returns. The attendant will take the package and provide a receipt or you can use the easy kiosk for your transaction. Of course they offer all of the UPS services in addition to accepting the prepaid labels. Along the wall they have all the packing supplies you need - and even carry some designer bubble padded envelopes that are quite pretty, although I wouldn't want it sitting in someone's porch drawing attention. The staff was super friendly, welcomed me in, handled my transaction, and thanked me for stopping in. Since SW 5th is a one way street and a bus route, parking is only on the east side of the street. Just walk up to crosswalk at light to safely cross street, and the UPS store is right there, behind the bus stop.
