When I called there was an availability two days later which worked for me. I requested for the dishwasher to be looked at as it didn't seem to be connected to water, a leak under my kitchen sink to be repaired, and dripping in both my bathtubs to be repaired. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Jessie was on time and I appreciated that. Once explaining my issues and he checked everything out he made it a point to show me and explain everything that needed to be done. He did explain that I could go a more cost effective route or not but either way the option was mine to make. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured to do what he wanted, I really felt like he was here to provide quality service but still go the route I had chosen. He worked very clean, didn't leave a mess, and his customer service was really above and beyond. He did a final walkthrough with me and showed me that everything was fixed and leak free. We're in the middle of a remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. We told our contractor we didn't trust the plumbing work to be done by anyone other than Jessie and Eddie at United Plumbing, LLC., because I've used Jessie and Eddie for multiple other plumbing jobs at our house and my grandson's apartment. Today Jessie came back to install a touchless Moen kitchen faucet and replace deteriorated tank seals to one of our toilets. Jessie also replaced the nipple of the gas line of our range top because it was too long and interfered with a drawer closing completely. Prior to working on our house on Thursday, April 24th, Jessie did an emergency repair on a malfunctioning outside hose bib. They are honest, thorough and do great work. We have complete trust in their work. Their prices are very fair. Sadly, there are many service providers out there in various trades who are out to price gouge people, or who perform poor quality work. United Plumbing is not like that at all. I used United Plumbing services again for a unanticipated plumbing emergency yesterday on Friday, April 5, 2024. Late in the afternoon I discovered a leak where the bottom of the toilet tank joins the water supply hose. With the weekend approaching I knew I needed to get the problem taken care of right away.
