One of the first things I noticed was that he put on shoe covers before entering our home, which showed great respect for keeping our floors clean. They came and looked at what I needed after I paid another plumbing contractor for leak detection, and told them all where the leak was. I also added 7 options I wanted done after they repaired my leak. William was hundreds of dollars less than the average price of 3 other contractors! And when I asked him most of the same questions I asked the other plumbing contractors, he sounded more knowledgeable and experienced repairing slab leaks. Before he started, he said he was going to only bring one person to help him. But he brought two. And one of them was also a plumbing contractor! So I'm sure it reduced their time to repair it. I also asked him to do a couple of their minor things that I told him I would pay him extra for when he got here. But he did them for free! So I gave him $100 cash tip after I paid him for doing everything else on my flat rate quote. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing service. He did have to adjust his appointment window a little bit but I didn't mind because he let me know promptly and showed up in the new window. He fixed the leak, adjusted my shower knob and kitchen sink faucet which were very loose. I asked him about my poor water flow and he checked those out and made more adjustments. It was great that he gave me some tips to help minimize my need for a plumber in the future. When a business does that, I really can't ask for more. I am a bit of a handyman myself and it seemed like he really knew what he was doing the whole time. I also liked that he was the guy who took my call and also came to do all the work.
