The latest is the installation of a German engineered on demand electric water heater in a difficult existing condition. Any new water heater would have been a challenge. He gave us an excellent value and allowed us to work with our plumber and we supplied the appliance. A year later, my husband now takes baths everyday with it. He loves it and our warranty is the highest of any products on the market. Resiliency is sustainability so all this work will last us a lot of use for another decade at least and contributes less green house gas and waste when it comes time to replace the unit. He pretended he heard a hissing noise and he showed me a cap that did not belong to my unit saying that the refrigerant leaked out. He was sent to me - mandatorily, I did not ask for this vendor. He works with Fidel national home warranty - I was not informed the other vendors in the area. I had to have a second vendor come out - he opened another panel inside the garage unit, found a partial road sign stuck in there to literally slowdown refrigeration leak. I am speechless, dumbfounded, extremely disappointed that such flakes are employed. This vendor would not even recognize me the following day . He sounded drunk on the phone. My husband and I thought he was senile when he was diagnosing the system. He kept dropping his cell phone while he was trying to hold two wires together at at a time - apparently trying to measure electrical output, which he told me I had none -- but I do have 100% electrical output and the outdoor Carrier con unit is working just fine! Do not use this vendor unless you want to be sabotaged. Huge, enormous, very bad, horrible experience - you would do not want to repeat personal!

He diagnosed the problem after a leak check, checked their history on the heat pump, called the office for more info, and I was told I needed refrigerant and a new compressor. The company called the manufacturer and because it wasn't that old the compressor was provided to me at no cost, and also a discount on the refrigerant. The new part arrived a few days later, Tim showed up timely and obviously knew what he was doing. He installed things, double checked my thermostat, answered my questions and provided a written description of his work. I was very happy with my experience with Mill Creek Heating and this employee!

Last week, when the system was not functioning, two technicians came out and worked on the issue. They were professional and courteous, and we appreciated their efforts. However, the next morning the same problem occurred, and the house was again without heat. When I called to report the issue, my first call was routed to an answering service and I did not receive a return call. I called again and reached someone at the business. When I explained that the system was still not working and the person responsible for paying the bills was understandably upset, the woman who answered responded by saying, " That doesn't matter to me." I found this response dismissive and completely inappropriate, particularly given the amount of money we have spent with your company and the urgency of the heating issue. As a result of both the unresoved issues and this interaction, we will not be using Mill Creek again, nor recommending your services to others.

We had used Dr. Carpet many years ago, and since our house is WAY off the beaten path, it's hard to find someone to come out for service. I could tell right away they had their act together. The dispatcher asked great questions like "can we find your house on a nav system", and "do you have cell service at your house". (Yes, and no.) Most people don't think to ask those questions, which can cause a lot of headaches. Also they called to confirm the night before--very thoughtful because I had completely forgotten! The technicians (Mike and Dean) were right on time, wearing masks and gloves, as well as shoe coverings. They worked around my home-office meeting schedule so I didn't have to worry about noise during critical parts where I needed to be speaking to my coworkers. I couldn't believe the stuff they found in my air ducts! (Pictured below, NOT including the dead mouse.) They also showed me pictures of the insides of my ducts, including a few areas that need replacing (they don't do that kind of work, but it's great to know, I would have never thought about that). And finally they made some suggestions about replacing my air filters in a few weeks. I appreciated that they never once tried to upsell me on anything. The total charge was exactly as quoted. Overall my experience was professional, friendly and helpful, I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't do the next day and requested the following week, and he asked to come over the weekend. Then he increased his estimate by more than double, and made it sound like he was giving me a deal when he shaved a couple hundred off. After a lot of back and forth, he ended up saying he was coming and then not showing up just about 5 days in a row after realizing I lived further away than he thought and making excuse after excuse . He'd say he was coming, and text me 10 minutes before he said he'd be at my house telling me it wasn't happening, like I hadn't rearranged my entire day expecting him. To top all of this off, today I had to file a dispute against him with my credit card, because he's as of yet refused to refund me the $750 deposit he made me give him. He pushed me repeatedly to pay him via venmo or cash and now I'm SO happy I didn't because you can't dispute those payment methods. In the end, I got a different company to do the work for $2000, a full grand less than Scott quoted and it was done cleanly, quickly, and without issue. I would be extremely wary of hiring this company, they do not have it together.

The son was very helpful, professional and, upon finding that replacing the socket didn't solve the issue with our outlet, he turned a two-pronged plug into a three-pronged one and voila, we could plug in and use our washer again. Yay! I have a couple of suggestions for Scott: One, please let your customers know up front that you have a two hour minimum, not just the hourly rate quoted. Also, it says on Yelp that you accept credit cards, and I was told only Zelle or Venmo would be accepted. And maybe an admin would be helpful to organize appointments, emails, etc.. We really appreciate the work that your son did and thank you for providing us the service that we needed in a relatively short amount of time.
