Megan was awesome, my heads were done on time. Tommy was cheerful as usual. It's the only machine shop all use.

I had an FE 390 rebuilt at United Speedworld and broken in on the dyno. I was happy with the entire process and the engine runs great.

Their ToyoCard allows you to break up payments if necessary. Just like everyone has their faves, Norm Vassell is my car's pediatrician and Justin Ortiz is it's PA as my car is my baby. The advisors I had before them were equally terrific. Norm was my and my children's tire/battery tech when he was at the Sears Auto Repair, but when he moved to TTB, it became "One Stop Shopping." Enjoy your free coffee while you wait and the snack bar is certainly above the standard fare. And, yes, they will have your car washed while you wait if you like.

When we arrived, there were at least six salespeople standing around the parking lot. As we attempted to park in the customer parking area, several salespeople were walking around our vehicle, making it unnecessarily difficult to pull into a spot. They appeared to have plenty of free time, yet no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers. After finally parking, I rolled down my window and asked two individuals if they were salespeople. They simply replied "yes" and offered no greeting, welcome, or questions about what we were looking for. When we asked about the Highlander Hybrid we had come to see, one salesperson immediately responded, "Nope, that's not here. What they post on the website is never right, you just have to come in to see what is actually available and we don't have that price that is posted, never accurate." Not only was this frustrating after driving such a distance, but the salesperson's attitude came across as dismissive and argumentative when speaking with my husband. The interaction left such a poor impression that we didn't even want to get out of the vehicle to see what inventory was available. We understand that online inventory can sometimes be inaccurate, but there is a right and wrong way to communicate that to potential customers. A little professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in helping customers would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, our experience was so negative that we left without even stepping inside the dealership.

I did not have an appointment and walked in around 8am on a Wednesday. My car was taken back pretty quickly. My Service Advisor, I believe that was his title, was Tony and he was fantastic. Kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel comfortable. My car ended up needing a new turbocharger, which was thankfully covered under the powertrain warranty, which I didn't know I had. From drop off to pickup on Wednesday was about 2 hours. I was able to come back the next day for an appointment at 730am. Once again, they took my car back quickly. I was done around noon. Lights are still off and everything seems fine. Comfortable seating area available.

If you have a few minutes to read a review, It will be worth the read and save you a lot of issues in the future. Buying a car should be something that's positive and fun, however this dealership took the entire positive experience of buying a car and made it miserable. I don't know how one place can mess up so badly, but Maus Acura managed to do it. Recently me and my partner moved back into town from Brooklyn, NY, and after not having a car living up north, I decided to purchase a vehicle. My brother had purchased from Acura before (crown Acura which he speaks very highly of), and so we decided Acura would be a good and well-worth-it purchase for me. My credit is in repair, so my dad even agreed to co-sign on a vehicle with me, if we found the right one. Fast forward to our first encounter with Maus, I had given them a call and a sales gentleman named Jan answered the phone. Jan and I set it up to come in that evening, however upon arriving, Jan was busy and we worked with another sales associate, Alex F( great guy, no notes on him whatsoever). Alex showed us a used black RDX that was a little too out of my price range, so I let him know that although I really like the car, I wasn't willing to budge on my payments so I was willing to wait for a better offer, or a different car to come in for me. The next day, I get a text from Jan that alex was out on vacation and they had spoken, and they were willing to work with me further on the pricing of the vehicle, to reach my goals about pricing. I let my father know, and we both agreed that this vehicle would be in my price range and worth it. So we let Jan know that we were interested in buying the car. Jan immediately called and let me know to send over my drivers license and insurance information so that he can begin processing the paperwork for the car. We told him that we had prior reservations that evening so he let us know the car was "basically yours and you just have to fill out paperwork and we will get you in and out of here in 30 minutes". My father runs a dental clinic and I help him manage his patients, so we moved all afternoon patients up on his schedule to work this arrangement into our schedule, because we were so excited to buy this specific car. Now, I let Jan know that I had just moved and did not have insurance so he assured me that I should purchase insurance with the rdx and provided me the vehicle VIN # to do so. I seemed reluctant because shouldn't I wait to purchase the vehicle before insuring it? But again, Jan assured me that the vehicle was all mine. He sent me and my father credit applications for this specific car so we filled them out and rushed out of our office to make it over to Maus Acura. Jan had let us know he sent the car into detailing so it would be ready for us upon pickup. Seems amazing right? Wrong. Car insured, credit application filled out, we start driving to the dealership. As we're on the way, we get a call from Jan and the first thing he says is "I have some bad news and some good news but I'll just go ahead and tell you the bad news first.... I took the car into detailing and someone sold the car." A sales manager has to "ok" a sale so they knew that car was being purchased by myself and they sold it to someone who put more money on the table and then lied to us about it being taken while in "detailing". They sold a car insured by me. Jan then proceeds to put me on the phone with his sales manager, a different "Alex" who proceeds to rudely tell me that "if the car is still technically on the lot it's fair game". They offered me a slightly older MDX and promised me the same payments and at this point me and my father were defeated. To keep it short even though there's a LOT more to say. We did end up with the mdx, however WE did research after purchasing the car and found a recall, so I could not even pick up my vehicle until 2 days after a bought it. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, they will lie!!!
