Finally gives rude gesture to approach, no greeting or anything. just stares. I ask him for a package I had received a pink slip from. With an attitude of not wanting to be there or deal with it, he sighs and asks "When did they leave it?" I answer, he asks what's the address so which I had him my Texas ID. turns around and goes to the back prancing like he owns the place and we are there at his house to disturb him. Finally he comes back with the package , scans it and drops it on the counter. hand signals: "Next". I don't understand why we have to put up with this. I've had several issues over the years and he's the one person that refuses to right the mistakes his employees have made. He takes no responsibility for anything and instead puts the blame on his employees and customers. Also, don't count on your mail actually being held during your vacations, every single time I've put a hold on my mail- I've had to call from wherever I'm at and tell them to go pick up packages that they've delivered.

When I arrived, it felt pretty warm like their air condition had just broken down. The people that…read morework there had fans on them though and when I was working with them, the fans made it really nice and cool for them so that's good because they have to work there all day. I went to certify mail something and keep in mind that they don't help you complete the paperwork, you have to fill all of that out yourself before you go up to the counter. Try to do your homework before so you're not standing in line just to be told about the paperwork you need to do. You'll lose your place in line so that you can fill the paperwork out on one of the tables. If you want to certify mail something there's one piece of paperwork for that and if you want a return signature, that's an extra piece of paperwork that will get taped to your letter. Also, don't forget to bring the envelope that you want to send your letter in or you'll need to buy one from there. Altogether to mail a check locally it came out to around $11 dollars. It was worth it to me to not have to see the people the check was going to again. I don't know if there's a good time to go to this location because it seems to be busy no matter what time of day I've gone. So just go when you have time and roll the dice on how long you'll have to wait. With that said, even when I've been in a long line it's moved fairly quickly.

The employee who assisted me, Dorothy P, was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Rather than being courteous and professional, she came across as impatient and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I expect much better service from a public institution, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed during my visit.
