Ms. B is friendly (always working) and helpful as with her assistant, Sunny. Both aim to please and try to ensure that you are taken care of. This location is clean, neat and organized. Package and mail pick-up make their rounds between 430pm -5pm and closes at 530pm, Monday- Friday. On Saturday's closing time is 230pm. I am hoping one day to see a credit card/debit machine. Not much can be done with parking space. Fortunately, I have not been challenged with that issue.

Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs. There's the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They're proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They're good. The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work. There's been times I've left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.

Always had a bunch of employees up front and the lines moved pretty fast. I don't like the upgrades at all. They got rid of more workstations up front and normally just 1 or 2 people helping. Used to remember 4-5 at all times. At least I was surprised by the cost of my envelope going out. When adding up costs I got $16 to $20 for certified and registered. When I got finished it was just $11 for both. I had to ask if she got everything added in and I guess it's cheaper to do both at the same time.

This started when I mailed a certified letter that was never delivered. I was promised I would be contacted to explain what happened and how it would be fixed. That never happened. Those promises were lies. I went in person to speak with a supervisor and waited over an hour with no explanation, until I had to leave because I needed to take my medication and handle other responsibilities. I filed a complaint with the Inspector General, and only then was I contacted and told to come back the next day to resolve the issue. I sent my wife instead. Supervisor Alfredo personally promised me he would handle it and have the certified letter delivered that same day. Once again, that promise was not kept. Alfredo was nowhere to be found. My wife and others waited over an hour while he was repeatedly called over the intercom. He showed no concern for people's time, including elderly customers or those who may need to leave for medical reasons. Eventually, after more than an hour, my wife was helped and had to pay again for another certified letter. I don't wish this level of service on anyone. With the same management in place, this post office will continue to disrespect customers because there are clearly no consequences.

Luckily, Mirian was so incredibly helpful and energetic and let me pay for the passport fee with my debit card. In total it was about $182.35; $130 for regular passport book and regular service, $15 for photos, $2.35 money order fee, and $35 for execution fee. The photo quality was superb; l looked like my usual self and wasn't washed out like some other places make you look. I was in and out within 30 minutes -- insanely good!
