Lost 6 packages or misdelivered them and never went to get them this year alone and there's more coming. That's roughly $300 unrecoverable At this point, there needs to be more post offices and better management, they are over loaded by money hungry leaders don't care about the worker. Now they are short handed and delivering packages to wrong addresses just to "get rid" of them. In the mean time, I'm opting for FedEx and UPS. They go straight to your door at least. read more

Can I just get my mail delivered? I use informed delivery so I know what mail I am supposed to be getting. I had two certified letters that were supposed to be delivered two weeks ago and the mail lady lied and said she tried to deliver, but no one was home so she left a notice... she did NOT. I tried to schedule a re delivery and it never came. Now I have a time sensitive letter that was supposed to come last week and I still haven't seen it or any other mail at all last week! Got to the USPS on Houston St early (30 minutes) before our appointment to make sure all passport information was completed and fees paid prior to appointment. The clerk Jennifer refused to take us because it was not our appointment time yet. The other customers did not have appointments, they just needed to mail items. She asked other customers to get in front of us and once those customers were done, she walked away from the window. I asked to speak with supervisor "Jorge" and he didn't seem to concerned about his staffs lack of customer service skills. He said she was sent from a different facility. They could really use some training on how to treat their customers. This is not a great look at all. My wife and I have had an ongoing issue with this post office. When we moved into our new home on March of 2021 we were told that we needed to have a "Stop Mail" order put on our address until keys could be made for our community mailbox. However, over the last six months we have not received keys or the majority of the mail that USPS's informed delivery told us had been held at the post office. Whenever my wife or I have spoken to a "supervisor" they have been magically able to find the letters and packages that the other employees have promised us had not come to the facility. My parcel locker key was placed in my mailbox, but there was nothing in my damn parcel locker. Over $200 of goods from two different packages were confirmed as delivered at the same time, so they both should have been together inside the locker, but instead all I found was an empty locker and excuses. I'm pretty damn sure the driver stole my goods since if there was a mix-up I should have someone else's goods, as opposed to jack shit, right? I'll be driving down there first thing Monday morning to have a word, and immediately after I'm going to file a report to the police.
