He even told everyone to have a wonderful day, and I don't think I've ever heard an associate say that other than an employee at the other USPS office I drive to, it is 20 minutes to downtown, which is the location I usually send my packages from, but it truly means a lot! I drove 15 minutes to this USPS office despite living 5 minutes from one because of how not friendly my local one is, which is why I visit different locations often. Update January 2023…read more I hate, hate having to mail anything from this location. I do it because I am essentially an optimist so I always think, "Maybe this time it will be different." NO I dropped a self-addressed pre-paid envelope in one of the mailboxes in the parking lot. (There are three.) That envelope, containing an endorsed check, took 10 days to be delivered to its destination near UTSA. My New Year's resolution: do not put your trust in this branch of the USPS. It always ends up becoming a problem.

Initially I was in doubt, thinking that there is no way a USPS is open until 22:00 or on both Saturdays and Sundays but I really needed to mail my shipment on time so I drove here to check it out. As I arrived, I realized that the rumors are true! They are not only open until 22:00 and are open on weekends as well. I'd especially like to recommend Gregory, who was the friendly, efficient and accommodating USPS agent who helped me out. It is rare to see someone who is optimistic, efficient and happy when working this late. Bravo, Greg! Because of the Greg, friendly and efficient staff members, plus the convenient opening hours including evening and weekends, I will definitely be coming back to this particular USPS in the future even if I had to drive much further. Watches and removal of all items out of your pocket. The staff at the post office all go to lunch at 2:30pm for an hour, so we had to come back an hour later. The post office is in hallway with the windows along the walls. There are two windows open, but one person working and it's super slow. $0.90 for a wooden postcard from the Alamo. The post office staff said he would have to manually feed into the machine or it will crack the wooden postcard, thus why the postcard costs $0.90 to send it.
