Omg I am MORTIFIED at these reviews. I was coming to leave my HORRIFIC review of this location but 186 other people have already had a similar experience with the same two nasty reps for years. I would NEVER advocate for the loss of income to anyone but the people who were working on Saturday (1/10/26) at 2-3 PM need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. They are extremely lazy, rude, and disrespectful. I had to literally call the police on these crazy people for them to do their jobs. And now I'm scared because of how many people have lost packages/mail. If anything goes wrong with my client's tax returns you guys will have a MAJOR problem on your hands. You need to do better. read more

Warning: Mail sent via certified mail got lost. Tracking showed it didn't leave Corona post office until 6pm when I handed it over to Benny clerk #19 at 9am. Mail never arrived and status showed it is still in transit from USPS Santa Ana Distribution Center. It has been two months! Filed a locate mail request at this office last month but I never heard back. Did you lose mail or package at this post office too? Let's report it and have it investigated. read more

I dropped off my mail around Dec 20, 2024. The letters never made it to their destination. I filed a complaint to usps. Someone from usps called me. They had thieves come in the backside of post office and stole mail and employees let them do it because they feared for their lives. I understand employee safety. Did no one look to see if anyone was out there before moving the truck? Did the post office have camera's for employees to see if any one was out there? I was making suggestions like: have police there when the truck is going to leave, maybe lock the gate, if it keeps happening maybe shutdown that post office. Very rude filipino woman worker at this location. I told her I accidentally dropped off a UPS package off about a week ago by mistake. I read online that it's ok and the package would get rerouted to UPS. There has been no activity on the tracking number so I'm trying to figure out what happened and see if maybe they have my package on hold? She did not even bother to check! She just saids were not UPS and I cannot help you. I feel sorry for her because obviously she's not a happy person and probably needs to get laid. If my package was not handed over to UPS, it looks like USPS stole the package! Really bad postal service to say the least! All I did was ask for a change of address form since I did it online and wasn't able to go through and it charged me to do that as well . So when I ask her for a form she says they ran out but right before I had ask her I seen another employee give some out to other customers, she told me no she's not going to go to the back and check and told me to leave . it's just the way they treat you is super poorly just go to the the one in McKinley . Don't drop your packages here if you can do fedex or ups do it! I dropped off 4 boxes and only 3 got scan and 4th went "missing" when dropping it off didn't even make it out the building. Now I lost thousands of dollars and they can't do anything. Don't drop your box's here. read more

Quite a mess as lines can be long. It's probably not employees fault as they are quite helpful once you get to the desk. I needed several letters expedited so standing in line is a must. I paid for my letters and grabbed some stamps, especially the new series. The service I needed was taken car of eventually but I felt like spending an hour just to send some letters is not a good deal. read more

We are suspecting thievery at this particular post office on grand in Corona.. We have packages that are mailed out... and remain on the awaiting pre shipment status.. and never get shipped out.. they like to blame it on the Anaheim office.. but this has happened two times this week.. and we never get a return to sender.. so we will be doing an investigation on this post office.. do not drop off packages here they have all their packages exposed to the public so anybody can take your packages.. read more

I don't often have to do "post office stuff". I am a paperless transaction, online, virtual wallet kinda person. So when I was told I needed to handle something with a few moving parts at the post office, I was a little worried. I turned to Yelp to try and pick the "nicest" one to visit, but everything within a 20 mile radius had dismal reviews, so I just went to the one in the area I was in at the time. Well, the experience wasn't perfect, but it was smooth. People were helpful and reasonable. The air conditioner felt nice. I did feel the people I spoke to knew what they were doing. I did however, witness a kind of charged exchange between another customer and an employee. I also misunderstood an instruction and the person pulled rank on me, letting me know it's their job, so they "know what they're talking about." My theory is just that this place has very little patience for deviation, and they're not afraid to let customers know. I guess some people could find that a bit uncomfortable, but I actually prefer it because I know what I'm supposed to do, and I know where I stand, which is why I decided to leave this review. The place gets a bad rap, but I feel it's largely undeserved if you are prepared and you know what you need to do or at least what questions to ask. I don't know if I'd recommend it per se, but I would come here again! read more

The most inefficient post office I've ever been to. Chronically understaffed. Very long lines. The postal workers will skip mailing to my area if they are busy. And the keys to the package boxes are not maintained. I've had a key for a package that is so warped it won't open the box the package is in. I've notified the postal worker several times and nothing has changed. read more

Well, they did it once again. Multiple bills my work mailed out and they stole a large bundle of our mail- our intended recipients never received anything. We can see the checks are being changed to a different name, so luckily we can look you up :). We are filing an official police report, because the amount you have stolen is worthy of a felon. Came to this post office to drop off some boxes for the mailing service. I was able to get in and out very quickly because the clerks were very fast. In addition to mailing packages, I bought some stamps and the clerks were very attentive and detailed. The lobby was spotless and the trash cans were empty. read more

I'm right in the middle of this post office and the one on California. While both locations have grumpy employees, this Grand location is the worst. Not only because it's in a skeevey location but also because we can't access the lobby during off hours like we used to. People pay for PO boxes, people need to drop off packages on Sundays. But they stay having this sign up about theft causing them to keep the lobby closed so paying customers cannot access their mailboxes. Even the parking lot layout is dumb and can be confusing to a person new to the area. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you just need to drop a letter off in the drive thru drop box. read more

Considering moving into this county from LA county was a big deal for me especially the pandemic has made such a big impact on me. I moved into this county right before the pandemic was hit the hardest in the USA. I had to do a change of address as I moved into my fiancé house. I wasn't able to do it las year because we were basically on lockdown for the most part. I'm Asian, and everywhere I go I'm pretty scared how people will treat me here, as this is mostly a white area. I always carry something to protect me even to places like these. Yes, I can be very paranoid. Sorry about the short rant but the lady that took care of my change of address form was super nice and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was a horrible experience. I had a package coming from Japan that said it was retained. Spoke to the lady at the front and she told me the package was in LA in customs so I couldn't pick it up. She told me this without even checking the back. I find out a week later that the package indeed was there but now has been shipped back to Japan since I "didn't pick it up on time." I then tried to email Jose, the manager, and call him to resolve the issue etc but just never heard back. This lead me to have to pay a $75 dollar shipping fee twice to get my package back. Worst customer service by almost all employees and the manager who work here. Time and time again I come to this location (closest to my house) and experience horrible customer service. If you ask to speak to the manager (Genardo Franco I believe is his name) he is worthless and let's you know he could care less about your complaint. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. The workers here all need to be fired. Not one of them including the higher ups know what they are doing. They give you a hard time each time you go in. My coworker and I both go in literally EVERYDAY for the SAME thing and each day they still don't understand what we are asking for then you try to correct them and they give you a nasty attitude, then the line is all the way back and they only have 1 person there taking appointments for passports while all these customers are waiting in line. Also the manager is unsure of who is supposed to be working the front and walks around not knowing what she's doing. I hate to say it but I think half the staff here needs to quit. If you're that frightened of covid-19 or use it as an excuse to not do your job, be out. Half of them are prime candidates for covid-19 Called this morning and got lied to. Not only did I get lied to but all the person had to do was actually check. Which took a min (I'll get to that point). Further more out of the 2 address relocation requests I put in. The person figured "Hey I'll just do the business one, it'll cover both".
