    Horribly run post office. Manager is inept and rude. Not managed well, horrible lines and customer service. See pic below how they have piles of packages stacked up in the isles !

    Cashier was not happy that we were all here for mail pick ups....this is a post office right?

    This location is so bad. The line was so long. Only two cashiers total. Lady pictured really did not want to be there. She was rude and very resentful. I get it! Who wants to work, but maybe don't do a customer service job if you just can't be nice. At the end of the day you are paid to do this CUSTOMER SERVICE job.

    Giant line 2;30 on a Saturday with 2 clerks and a jammed drop off box.

    This is no reflection of the front office staff. This post office is chronically understaffed and usual wait times sometimes exceed 45 mins. December mornings at opening there are 10-20 people at the door and there is only 1 clerk until 11;30. The drop box is currently jammed and can't be used. 2;30 on a Saturday.

    I would give this place a 0 if I could .post office service is the worst, supervisor's Don't care about anything and are very rude.i have a property in Corona and the post office mail man, girl have damaged my roads. They drive like this is a race track here.i have kids and older people living here that have almost got ran over.there are sighns every where for 5mph and everyday I have to tell them to slow down. Supervisor don't even come on the property anymore just so they don't have to deal with me. Today she even was hiding outside the property while the new person she was supposed to be training came on the property.looks like not even small children outside playing are safe with these people please share.

    Quite possibly the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Understaffed is an understatement. Unfortunately I have no choice but to come here to pick up my mail.

    This place is absolutely horrible. My third visit and there is only one station open on a Saturday before Christmas. The supervisor had no excuse to give regarding mismanagement.

    2 agents with a long line and keeps building up but this location has no plans for adding more agents on a busy day and at times it will end up with 1 agent coz the other one has to go to the back office

    1 1/2 wait every day. Incompetent management and staff

    Place is a scam... my package is lost and I had it insured and they won't pay me.... Either get my package back or pay me...

    Slow. Mail doesn't get delivered as t times. Mail delivery box is full and overflowing. Should not happen

    doesn't get any slower. molasses. workers make no attempt to move faster even with a line of 25 customers.

    Only #1 POSTAL WORKER, the line is almost out the door, I have been waiting for over ONE HOUR, this is unacceptable!!!! Hire more people!!!

    I've used them for a few things, and have had good experiences there. It seems like UPS delivers to…read morethem at about 1pm (?), yet delivers to my house at 4pm about a mile away, and I used to go to work at 2pm, so that gave me a way to not have my deliveries sitting in front of my door for 6-8 hours before I got home. Used them as a notary a few times - all good there. Also wanted to mail a front door mat with picture of her pooch to mom, and they made it easy with a cylinder mailing tube. If you need what they do, they're a good local option.

I was also told I could not receive mail under my shortened name since it's not my legal name, even though I have been receiving mail from USP and UPSB all my life ‍‍. I had placed an order for some office supplies, which they declined!! And returned to sender, I assumed It was because I was new and they didn't know my name yet, so I placed the order again ! Now in desperate need of supplies, I was so desperate I had to run to Staples to get a few things to hold me until my new shipment arrived, with my disbelief!! They returned that shipment AGAIN!! When I confronted them, their response was, basically the mail boxes are only for mail not large shipments , and they only receive shipments from certain truck companies ‍‍. They did not even have the courtesy to call us and notify us!! Now I'm needing to change my forwarding address again, paying the post office again because of their incompetence. They have caused me loss of time, money and agitation. Thank goodness our rental is up next month. We will not renew!! Bad service, poor attitude, hours suck. Oh and don't forget your key They won't give you your mail even if you have your ID. That's just pure laziness. I would never recommend this place! I give them 0 stars if I could!! Do yourself a favor and get a UPS BOX I regret not doing so in the first place.

Original review below: I normally do not leave Yelp reviews, but this experience was disrespectful enough that people deserve to know before coming here. I went to this fingerprinting location multiple times while balancing work, school in the morning, and another shift later in the day. I was exhausted and simply trying to complete a required process correctly without wasting more time or trips. The first time I was missing my ID. The second time I had my ID but did not realize I needed the fingerprint form physically with me. That part was my mistake, and I fully accepted it. The problem was not the paperwork -- it was the way I was treated when I tried asking clarification questions. The slim lady dressed in black kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask what exactly was needed on the form so I could come back fully prepared. Instead of answering professionally, she kept repeating the same thing over and over in a very dismissive tone. I was frustrated, yes, but throughout the entire interaction I stayed within respectful etiquette. I never yelled, insulted anyone, or called anyone names. At one point I said, "I understand, I'm not stupid," because I was trying to explain that I understood what she was saying and was only asking for clarification. Her response to me was: "But you're acting like one." Completely unacceptable. No employee should ever speak to a customer that way, especially someone who is calmly trying to complete required fingerprinting after a long day. If this is how they treat people over simple questions, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
