It was an African American guy. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was due to the lack of holiday decor and the cases that usually have different types of stamps to purchase were empty. Whomever is responsible for the location and making the atmosphere pleasant has failed. The atmosphere is not only for customers but for employees also.

The address was intact. Nothing else was missing, but they refuse to take my package because it did not say that I could've handwritten that on there if that was acceptable but no, they would not allow it and I was forced to go home without being able to drop off my Package and reprint the label. Completely unhelpful staff this would never happen UPS. I know that they have the ability to scan a barcode and reprint if UPS can do it. I'm sure the United States Postal Service can do it. It's just complete lack of customer service. Yes I did throw a fit. I am not proud of that part, but it was just incredibly unhelpful when I have very limited time to do these types of errands during their working hours.

After the kiosk accepted my payment of $35, the machine jammed and misprinted the first shipping label. An employee was called to assist and reset the machine, which resulted in my entire transaction being erased. I did not receive any usable shipping labels, and my payment was not refunded. As a result, I lost $35 due to a kiosk malfunction and the subsequent reset performed by the employee. I am requesting reimbursement of the $35 charged and guidance on how this issue will be resolved.

It's now at the Quinlan PO & they are demanding an extra $5.11 to deliver the card, saying Greenville screwed up on the pricing & that it should have been charged as a package. I had to go to the Greenville PO in person because after getting their direct number from the USPS service 1-800 number, they would not answer their phone. The Greenville PO flunky of an employee told me I needed to take up the matter with the Post master in Quinlan & I explained well that pretty much defeated the purpose of using USPS in the first place, if I have to drive to another town to collect my package I had already paid to have delivered. So I asked the FAT F for a refund, he didn't like my choice of words, so I told him this is AMERICA, we have free speech here, as I proceeded to pull out my phone to video this, which he immediately said I could not video in the PO, so I referred him to their poster 7. He then stated he had called the police. So I said fine I'll wait, but he still went in and hid in the back office, so I figured he's all talk and I left.
