Omg!! This place is amazing; Nick and Roman are so knowledgeable and friendly. My friend and I went in looking for some e-scooters after we saw one down in Belmont shore. We had been renting them for a hefty price tag, so we thought it's time we big one. But we had no clue where to start. So we went to the store and we met Nick, the owner. He's so friendly and helpful. We talked with him and told him what we were looking for and he recommended a certain scooter and so we went on a test ride. The ride was great and we knew we had to buy these scooters. Once back, we talked a bit and decided to come back the next day and buy two. The awesome thing is when we went back to the store we met the owner of the scooter company. We loved his demeanor as well and we love supporting local. Right after Xmas my 11yr old son heard from a friend about a new shop in Long Beach and wanted to check it out. I don't need a reason to hang in LB so off we went. Since then, we've been back twice to get upgraded parts for his scooter. Here's why you should support USPS: First, it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. Second, it's a locally owned shop competing with online stores so SUPPORT OUR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, especially the ones that are truly grateful for their customers which Nick is clearly is. Third, Nick will not try and upsell you. He makes suggestions after asking how the scooter is ridden (street, park) and is more than willing to install, tweak or customize parts. I brought in my e-bike to replace my inner tubes without an appointment and they were very accommodating and repaired my bike immediately. Even without an appointment and just dropping in they made me feel special and taken care of and I appreciate that. After owning Valiex scooter that I bought from them I'm at 2283miles about a year and a half later and still going had my breaks changed and a flat tire although expensive tires and labor cost the service has been great with Nick and his staff. read more
